The woman working on 2/24/26 at 11am is refusing to take drive through orders. There is no cone or sign advising the drive through is closed. This isn’t the first time this place has refused to service the drive through. This place needs to get it together.

Worst experience ever! Do not order from them. Staff could not be more trashy. Order took 45 min to be delivered and imagine that, order was wrong. Called to get them to remake the sandwich we ordered and right away the manager on duty started raising his voice and said no he was not going to make the sandwich again. Totally unprofessional! My daughter went up there to get a refund and they would not let her in. Too bad you cannot see who’s making your meal before you order because this place would not have any business. I am calling corporate and I want everyone working this shift fired. This is not how you do business and clearly making a sandwich is too hard for them anyways.
I want my money back!

Okay, first off the line is ridiculous and the weight is even worse. Almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Ridiculous. Second of all, I ordered a veggie sandwich and I basically got lettuce, cheese tomatoes and that was it. How is that considered a veggie sandwich for $9? Ridiculous. Also, one of my co-workers got food from you and said the tuna fish was absolutely horrible

Ordered delivery and over an hour and a half later I had to call for an update because the app still said “order received”. The person on the phone told me, “at first we didn’t have a driver but then nobody wanted to take it over”. I wouldn’t have received any kind of update if I hadn’t called?
I just wanted a sandwich for lunch on my break and if no one is going to deliver it I’d at least like an online option to cancel my order so I can get a refund?
Frustrating customer service and missed lunch because of it. Now two hours later and even after talking to the store…no sandwich. (Also my work is only 6 minutes from the store…I just can’t leave because I’m at work but the distance isn’t a variable) :/
All to say: Choose a different JimmyJohns if you want to actually receive your food for delivery.

I placed an order early in the morning for three party boxes with a scheduled pickup time of 2:00 PM. Just five minutes before my pickup time, I received a call informing me that they didn’t have enough bread to complete my order. This is completely unacceptable. If their inventory was insufficient, I should have been notified much earlier in the day. Extremely poor customer service.

I felt really bad for the employees, they were super apologetic and I think they were understaffed and but it took like 25 minutes to get my sandwich after going up to the counter and reminding them what my order was like three times. Sandwich wasn’t very good either.

Ordered pickup. Showed up 10 min after the pickup time. All three employees were sitting in chairs behind the counter. They hadn’t even started the order.

My first bad experience at this Jimmy John’s. Ordered unwiches for my father and I, the unwich lettuce was frozen!
Literal ice chunks inside the sandwich, what wasn’t frozen was just a wet mess from all the melting water. How did 6 people touch this, wrap it up, and serve it to customers?
