I do not go to Jimmy John’s often because I don’t like most of the food, but I can get down with a chicken bacon ranch any day. My boyfriend and I decided to meet up on his lunch break at this location. Go in everything is fine. There are two employees and one very power trippy manager. As we sit down to start eating Mr. I’m in charge started yelling at his employees that you could tell were doing their best with the delivery orders, drive through, and a FULL store of people. When I say yell I mean it was echoing throughout the whole building. I have video of it because it actually shocked me. At one point he aggressively said “I’m in charge” when responding to one of the two and it just made me wanna gag. I didn’t end up finishing my food. I wrapped it up, told the employees just how unprofessional, unacceptable, and disgusting behavior it was to do that in front of everyone sitting and eating. I really think this location needs to rethink their management or whatever this little man was because let me tell you, I’m sure those two needed that job, but they 10000% do not deserve to be spoken to like that.

Placed an order for delivery at 12:05pm on a Monday (12:29). I never received my order, and when I called the store an hour later I was told they can “credit my Jimmy John’s account” but not refund my original form of payment?? This seems sketchy and I am not sure how this is even legal? How can you charge me and not refund me for something I never even received? Supposedly I will be receiving a call back once they “speak to IT and get it resolved”, but I do not think it should be my responsibility to have to jump through so many hoops to get money refunded when I NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOD.

Terrible customer service! Took 30 minutes to prepare 2 sandwiches that were placed online! Forgot my sides that I paid for! Made me fill my own drinks! Filled walk in orders placed after my online order while I was waiting in the store ! This franchise owner does not care about your business I suggest going to any other place and stop giving them your business . Will complain to corporate about this location. Terrible service overall

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Daunte took my order inside and couldn’t be bothered to get off his phone, had horrible attitude when I asked to add something to the sandwich. He then proceeded to make the sandwhich with one hand while he continued to be on his phone. Just wasted $15 on a sandwich I won’t eat.

The lady running the drive through window was terrible. Extremely rude and acted like I was impeding on her day. They also ran out of roast beef and told us after we paid with no apology or resolution. I would avoid this location if possible. The owner here needs to get his employees some serious training on how to run a Jimmy John’s.

We stopped in urgently needing a restroom after being turned away at the Sinclair next door, even after we said we’d buy something after using the bathroom. The staff at Jimmy John’s were kind, welcoming, and immediately let us use their facilities without hesitation. Because they treated us with basic courtesy and respect, we stayed and ordered food—and it was great. It’s refreshing to find a place where people care more about being decent humans than enforcing rigid policies. Thank you to the team at this Jimmy John’s—you turned a frustrating situation into a really positive one.

Ordered 2 expensive regular subs with avocado. They didn’t put on avocado. There were only 2 very thin slices of turkey on a $12 sub. Staff wasn’t helpful, but added the avocado after I brought back. Poor value and service.

Officially done with this location. It’s been time after time of terrible business and obviously gross habits. In the last 6 months it’s Gina drastically downhill. The guys working there are rude and in a hurry and obviously don’t want to be there. The hygiene practices are bad, they never answer their phone and when they do you’ll be put on hold until you call back.
