Usually I’ll stop by Jimmy John’s on my lunch break because it is fast and easy. I made an online order for drive thru pickup and showed up about 10 minutes later. I pulled up to the drive thru, and was asked to order. I told them I have an online order only to get no response for about 10 minutes and just sat there. Again they came back on and I told them I have an online order, and then they told me they’ll make my sandwich next. I ended up sitting at the window for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone. The fast getting a cold sandwich took me 30+ minutes is unacceptable. It’s a shame this store has declined so much after changing management (I’m assuming they just fired the last manager).

I’d give 0 stars if it were possible. I have attempted to eat here 3 times over the last several weeks. My first try, I sat in the drive-thru for at least 10 min at lunch time on a weekday. After getting no response, I drove around to the front of the store and saw that there were no lights on and no one inside. No signs explaining the closure, nothing.

After one hour with no delivery (I live only a couple of miles up the road) I cancelled. This was not the first time, even though I always pre-tip a BIG tip. The bread is usually a day old and stale. All employees are very young people who do not give a you know what. When I cancelled, the response was, “Awesome!”.

It took 15 min yesterday to make my 1 sandwich when I walked in and ordered. I was in a hurry and that’s why I go to Jimmy John’s. I though I had missed my order being called and asked. I was told they were making a larger order (of 10 sandwiches, lol) by someone before me and they were going to complete it before making mine. Ok. That’s not exactly striving for freaky fast. Maybe make the one and get me out of there before completing the large order? In many Jimmy John’s locations my sandwich is made before my payment is complete.

The employees seem to work hard and are helpful so I don’t understand why this the slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to in my life. I have literally waited my entire lunch hour in line and had to eat my sandwich at my desk. The food is always good and fresh and the employees seem competent but do not go to this establishment if you only have an hour for lunch.

I loved this Jimmy John’s. They welcomed me in before they opened and made me a sandwich while I waited for my car to be repaired. Ben was incredibly kind and exactly what you look for I. Someone making and serving your food. The food was the same as usual but the customer service was above and beyond.

Came in, waited several minutes before being acknowledged. A line formed behind us and they turned everyone behind us away saying they were no longer taking orders. The only reason they let us is because we had been in store for awhile. They took our order and after 30 minutes we still had no sandwiches. Ate our chips, drank our drinks and had a toddler who had no more patience. Our time was up. During all this, someone came into the store and offered to help the teenage boys who were working in their pajama pants to get caught up. This was a disastrous mess. Won’t go back.

I don’t like Jimmy John’s in the first place, but overall it is typically fast, edible, and my kids and wife actually do like it. The last 3 times we’ve been through the drive thru, our order has been completely wrong, it has taken a long time (20 min. With no other cars in front of me..), and the staff have been visibly rude and lazy. All it takes is one more sandwich shop in Monument, and this Jimmy can say goodbye. People will stop going if it’s this bad. Hope management sees this and turns things around!

A really sub-par sandwich shop both to order from and to work at. In my time working there I dealt with non stop issues with management, many different issues and always trying to save money at every corner at the expense of the employees all to appease corporate. The food quality and speed as many of you have noticed is really not good and thats all i will say about that.
