Counter-serve chain specializing in sub & club sandwiches, plus signature potato chips.

I ordered a single sandwich. I could make it at home and 30 seconds if I wanted to, but I really wanted To eat at Jimmy John’s in particular.
I chose delivery, which in hindsight, was probably the worst mistake anyone could make in the history of the world. What would normally take roughly 10 minutes, took over an hour and a half. I’m not sure if the delivery driver just didn’t know where the gas pedal was, or maybe didn’t understand what “as soon as possible” as I requested meant.
Now, this probably isn’t the fault of the restaurant because they partnered with Uber for the driver, But I highly recommend not going with delivery.
Really disapointing

This place is a joke. Customer service is wildly awful. Every time I come here I stand here while nobody acknowledges that there are several customers waiting. Currently waiting for the sandwich I ordered on the app 20 minutes ago. There are three people here, not a single one is doing an order or has acknowledged me and I have been sitting here for 5 minutes. I’ve now been acknowledged and informed that there is no turkey for my sandwich because “nobody did anything yesterday”. This place is wildly incompetent and my sandwich was awful.

Definitely never going back to this one. They ask if you want cheese then charge you extra without telling you and not sure if it’s all or them but the “regular” sandwiches are kids size.

This establishment overall isn’t bad. This review is primarily for the Jimmy John’s brand as a whole. The establishment is clean, staff is friendly and fast. As for the company, food is a bit expensive, childish feel to the brand, quality is definitely not gourmet. The bread is always so hard. It actually cuts the inside of my mouth whenever I try to eat a sub here. Even toasting your sub at Subway, the bread never gets that hard to eat. The presentation isn’t nearly as nice as it could be. The service is definitely fast, but I wouldn’t understand how it’d be slow. It’s literally throwing some stuff on a piece of bread. I spent $10.25 for a sub and a drink. I actually left the store hungry after spending that much. That’s not right. For that amount of money I could get a lot more food somewhere else. I could get a full pizza next door. I guess if you have nothing else to eat then it’s okay. Definitely not something worth going out of your way to get.

We order on mobile giving them 25 minutes before getting there, but my messed up my family’s order and even forgetting a sandwich, drink, and all the chips. Staff very overwhelmed by lunch rush and will mess up your food if you dont tell it to them a few times. I’ve had great experiences here but the staff now is just inexperienced.

Music was too loud, girl at register couldn’t hear. Asked if they had foot long sandwiches, she said yes… was charged for 2 16″. Sandwiches were made from over day old bread. For what we little we got, we spent nearly $50, we could get more for less at a family sit down restaurant. Do not recommend.

Jimmy John’s is pretty standard across the board, good sandwiches, decent price, easy online ordering, fast delivery & pickup. What makes this location stand out is the friendly & efficient employees in the evening. It doesn’t matter if you show up 5 minutes until close without preordering, they are just as friendly and accommodating as if you ordered online and showed up before they were all done cleaning ( I try not to be that guy but sometimes it happens) The only drawback is not being able to tip on a credit card. Usually if I’m racing to get there a minute before closing so I don’t starve that night, I’m going to forget to stop and get cash for a tip and those guys deserve it. Just a suggestion to save one grateful yet discombobulated and disorganized non cooking, hungry customer the awkwardness of digging through pockets praying to find a mere $5 bill as a token of my appreciation to the well deserving employee for a job well done.

Why do you have an online future order option? Each time I’ve ordered online for a future order, I show up and it never fails.
I end up waiting an extra 15-20 minutes because the employees are so behind. It’s annoying and a waste of time.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like something needs to be said here. I went last week to this JJ’s for a sandwich that I ordered online and went to pick up. Upon my arrival I saw that the line was almost out the door. It was the lunch hour after all. However, hat’s not what the issue was. While I was waiting for my sandwich I witnessed one of the employees (who I assumed was a manager or team lead of some sort) completely belittle the poor woman who was ringing up orders right in front of the customers. The “manager” wasn’t wearing a name badge, but she was wearing glasses and seemed to be the one in charge. The “manager” admittedly said out loud in front of everyone that she doesn’t work well under pressure and that the cashier would need to figure it out herself, but said it in the most derogatory and disrespectful tone. That poor cashier looked humiliated and like she wanted to cry. And then when one of the customers asked the cashier if she was ok, the “manager” gave the customer the stink eye! When I finally got my sandwich (which was thrown together very sloppily btw), the “manager” basically threw it at me and didn’t say a word. It was a very terrible experience and I won’t be returning to this store.

The food was good and prepared as ordered. My problem is that it took forever for it to be prepared. We were in a rush, so I ordered ahead online for a pickup order. We came in a few minutes later at noon, so I knew they’d potentially be a little busy and hadn’t had much time to make the order. 25 minutes later, our food was finally ready. I watched only a handful of walk-in customers order at the counter and get their food right away. Now it’s clear to me that walk-in customers get first priority. Next time, I’ll just order at the counter.
