I loved the picklewich sandwich. I probably don’t need pickles for a few months, did the triple pickle deal. The chips are really good, and the pickle ranch too. Glad i finally got to try this limited time offering. Employees were busy, ordered on app and picked up while at the hospital. Easy to order and pickup using the app.

Anywhere else is the much better bet.
Waited over an hour for delivery, realized it wasn’t coming and had to go into the store. Manager didn’t care. Food was soggy and order wasn’t correct. Charged extra for a bottled drink (no other options). Employees were all standing around doing nothing. Pretty sure this is the new norm here.
Also, employees wouldn’t even eat their own food. They ordered from Subway and left their containers out.

The bread was stale and hard. It feels like it was baked yesterday. The sandwich was dry and not very tasty. I’m very disappointed because it ruined the whole taste. I’ll have to find another sandwich

They closed 30 minutes early. I came over here and parked and they just decided to shut off the lights and go home before their closing time.

The new manager at this location is very personable and was willing to honor the discount I was promised by previous employees.
I have had problems with this store previously, either not having a driver, getting orders wrong, or being out of items and still sending the order without telling me until I called about it.
I hope the best for this location since I get my lunches here often as it’s cheap, quick, and easy to eat on the run.

I want to start off by acknowledging that the worker with the red hair is doing their best. There were only 2 people working. One person, the lady with the red hair, was up front taking orders and making the food. There was, another worker, but I wasn’t sure what they were doing… clearly the worker in the front needs help. It is clear that this location is extremely short staffed, considering the lunch rush and location. When I arrived, they stopped taking in person orders because there was too many online orders. The orders kept coming and coming. I used to work in fast food, and I’m pretty sure managers have the power to temporarily stop web orders. It’s clear these workers don’t get paid enough for doing the work of three to four people. Clearly no management is present to support their workers. Eventually, the lady greeting the customers started taking in person orders again, although web orders kept coming in. She was under quoting the wait time. It look us 45 minutes to get our food, but she was quoting people 10- 15 minutes MINIMUM. Due to the large influx of orders, the orders themselves are not coming out in order it was placed. Some people got their orders sooner than others. Additionally, I ordered a sandwich and got a wrap. Because they were so busy, I didn’t want to make them remake it, so I left. This location is exploiting their workers. Take your business somewhere else.

After spending 25 dollars on a simple combo to be delivered, I waited 45 minutes for delivery to come from Uber Eats, of all places. I thought that JJ delivered their own food, but not anymore.
As is normal with third party delivery services, I received no drink with my order, and the Uber driver couldn’t have cared less. The employees at the restaurant only handed him the food with no indication that there was a drink to go with it (except for the receipt which mentioned a drink of course). Absolutely no recourse apart from this review, and saving others the frustration.
It’s the future, and we can’t expect people to read receipts or care about getting anything right.
Disappointing. Won’t be ordering delivery from JJ’s ever again as Uber Eats, Door Dash, and all the rest are wasteful garbage with horrendous service.
Avoid ordering it for delivery yourself.

Seriously. How can you mess up an online order THIS badly? Olive spread of some kind, instead of jalapeño ranch? Two halves of the same sandwich that are entirely different?
You didn’t get Turkey delivered? And you knew that for 3 hours before my order was being picked up and didn’t call to let me know. What’s going on over there?
Someone send these dudes some Sammy Support.

Messed up multiple orders and the final one was a combo order and all I received was the sandwich. When I called to ask for credit back he said he would credit their account and not my credit my bank. I told him they’ve already done that and when you order it, it won’t credit. For as many mistakes they continuously make, it’s not worth ordering! They just steal your money from the add ons and don’t actually give you them. There are several people in our department that will NOT be ordering from here again.

I went here to get lunch for my family while waiting for my Dad to come out of surgery. Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite go to’s for an easy delicious meal and this one made me never want to go back. The first time I ordered, they couldn’t take cash so I offered to pay on my card and then he told me no go to the other register. I did and they tried to make me go to the back of the line but the guy in the front let me go in front of them. I clarified my order jalapeño chicken wrap and BLT with mayo about 4 times and also could not seem to communicate with the person checking me out. The price was different between the registers so I clarified AGAIN it was a BLT. He said yeah yeah. I get the sandwich and it’s bacon on bread. I bring it back to the people and say I said BLT. He said no this is what you ordered. Another argument. Finally made it with lettuce and tomato but COME ON! Who orders bacon on bread?!? My jalapeño chicken wrap was also poorly made with no mayo and on the wrong tortilla with 85% tortilla and 15% filling. Awful experience I won’t go back to Jimmy John’s for a while. I’m very disappointed.
