Both times I’ve come here, I’ve placed a mobile order and it’s always been ready before the app says it will be. The staff is really kind and efficient. The restaurant is clean and the food is good. I keep it simple, and the Slim 1 is my go-to—it’s always a hit.

Pleasant staff can’t make up for an inedible sandwich. What I received was cold and bland, and the only option for an interesting mustard was a handful of packets. This should embarrass any self-respecting sandwich shop. I’ve been hesitant to visit this chain because of their connections to trophy-hunting. Now I can offer a more concrete objection: their sandwiches are terrible.

I made an online order $73 worth. And had to call the store because two my sandwiches I’d ordered were unacceptable. This has to be the worst quality I’ve experienced from a sandwich shop. Also when I called to have this rectified I was put on hold three times and talked to 3 different people. They would not credit my card back the orders that were incorrect and bad quality. But they said they wanted the ENTIRE ORDER they delivered back before they’d even possibly make anything right. At first they said they would only give me a store credit for the next time I order from this location. After this experience I will never be ordering anything ever again. Pictures for proof. “Double meat sandwich on one which is definitely not double but hardly regular. Then the unwich was literally lettuce slapped together without any care or reason.

I paid $8 for a sandwich and it had very little toppings and did not look like the menu picture whatsoever. I made my order online and asked for jalepenos and other additional toppings and did not receive them. I emailed corporate and sent them pictures and they said that each franchise is individually owned and that someone would reach out to me, it’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve never been contacted.

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s and this is my favorite location, hands down. And honestly, the reason is because of Trent!!! I’ve been coming to this location for at least two years, and Trent has consistently been so kind, welcoming and friendly! The sandwiches are always delicious, they always get my custom requests right. And again, Trent, makes me and my two young kiddos feel so welcome, even if my kiddos can be a little wild lol! I always remember fondly when Trent told me during one visit “next time you’re here, she’ll be walking!!” And even though months may pass between visits, he recognizes us and welcomes us in, celebrating new milestones of the young ones. So grateful for the friendly service and consistently delicious food. Until next time!! 🙂

Good Jimmy John’s. Often seems understaffed in comparison to their order volume, however quality and service are good. Average online order pickup ready time is around 30 minutes. As well, I’ve gotten delivery from this location before and they were here within 30 minutes as well! As long as you aren’t in a big rush, this place is pretty good!

I ordered 3 sandwiches from there and a pickle which was bitten into. My sandwich came perfect. The other 2 however, they seemed to have forgotten to add the ingredients being it came only with the meat and nothing else. They forgot my chips and 1 pickle. The first pickle came where someone had obviously taken a bite out of it. When I called to complain they were going to bring the remaining things back out right away and nobody came. I sent a letter to corporate with a picture of the pickle and got a $10 gift card. No explanation. No apologies. Nothing. I have told and will continue to tell everyone I know not to go to this jimmy johns

This location is ‘freaky slow.’ I placed an online order 10 minutes ahead of pick up and still spent my ENTIRE lunch break waiting for ONE regular sandwich to be made. And there were 5 people working! Ridiculous!

Ordered a $23 Giant J.J.B.L.T and it was not giant. Extremely dissatisfied, there was not a lot of bacon for the price, very little lettuce, and a drop of mustard on a bite. This location obviously doesn’t care about quality and consistency.
