Took about 15 minutes for them to make one beach club and there was a delivery driver bagging up the sandwiches with very long hair that was not restrained with nothing but a visor on which is definitely not up to code.

Stood in line forever….literally 25 minutes watching bag after bag after bag and order after order after order leave. NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY ORDER WHILE STANDING IN LINE and I’m handicap trying to stand through back spasms and shooting pain. I got the message. “LEAVE!”. ME AND THREE OTHERS WALKED OUT at the same time. I tried calling and it rang and rang and rang. They would pick up and hang up. This happened four times. Finally someone answered and immediately put me on hold. After two minutes of being on hold, I hung up. Then it remained busy tone for ten minutes. I caught an employee walking in and she saw I was disabled. She stopped at took my order at curbside. SONYA…. YOU DESERVE TO BE MANAGER IF YOU’RE NOT ALREADY! I had my order in 10 minutes or less. This is a Jimmy John horror story turned fairytale. Thank you Sonya.
