at this point, I have to give Zach, the so called manager no stars. He is rude. He threw the knife on the counter when I asked him a question. Who does that…you threw the knife at the wrong time. Bad service…and yes, I will be making it tough for you. If he treats his mother like that, she did a bad job on him.

I order early. Called 3 times to check on it was told on the way. It was not… I called again this time gave my order confirmation number and low and behold not made. Should be free was told no. Some kid called my phone instead of coming in to deliver. What is up with that.

The workers are unsanitary, rude with bad attitudes. I walk in I don’t get a greeting like I do at any other Jimmy John’s i go to. I didn’t get I’ll be right with you, workers standing around talking to their co workers and as far as the uncleanness go one of the workers had gloves on while handling money and touching the register first it wasn’t a big deal I assume the worker would wash his hands and change his gloves out, but no he then started whipping his nose while he had gloves on and then to make it even worse, he started coughing into his gloves. My stomach is very upset seeing what I saw today i didn’t order anything i walked out and later i threw up while driving my vehicle i had to park to the side of the road.if you want to get sick here is the place to go to. COVID 19 is already around so yeah I’ll skip this place . It’s not hard or take very long to practice personal hygiene.

I work less than a mile away. The past couple times I ordered delivery it has taken over 30 minutes to get to me. The last 2 times the sandwich was missing something. I quit ordering for awhile. Decided to try it again today and I am now still waiting on a plain slim I ordered 40 minutes ago. For a company that’s main thing is “freaky fast” delivery this is unacceptable. I think I am done with this place for good.

The food is good but the staff is either overwhelmed or just not friendly. I tried the Ceasar wrap today and it was bad. No sugarcoating it. It was bad. Way too salty and I’ve never had a wrap with croutons. Tortillas tasted like paste. I don’t think this was the staff’s fault, it just wasn’t good. Everything else I’ve ever tried here is incredible. 3 stars for standoff-ish staff, no parking, and bad wraps. The sandwiches are awesome though.
