I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. It took very an hour to receive. When I received, half of my order wasn’t even there. I called back and the guy “said” he would just refund. He then hung up on me. I have no confirmation of a refund. They contract through uber eats who don’t even deliver to the correct address. It’s just ridiculous.

Every time I go to a Jimmy John’s I have a great experience. People are always friendly and give great service. First time I’ve ever came to this one and I will never return. Incredibly rude, told me the sauce ON the sandwich wouldn’t cost but I’d have to pay to get a side of it. What the hell? I will drive father to another location to never have to deal with these jerks again. ZERO out of 6 stars.

I love this Jimmy John’s everytime I come, but I came in today at around 2:20, and the older lady at the register gave me one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. She was incredibly rude not only to me, but also to other customers who were asking her simple requests like if they could have a receipt. Most of the time she didn’t even make eye contact and acted so disinterested that you couldn’t tell she was even talking to you.
Overall though, the food is always delicious, and every other time I’ve been served it was great!
