We’ve always have enjoyed their sandwiches and for the most part have not had negative experiences at Jimmy John’s. The reason that I’m writing this review is to acknowledge the customer services provided by Sarah, Matt, and Larisa at this location. I placed on order using the app. When I arrived, my order was ready, it was accurate, the sandwiches where marked for the right person, and packed neatly…every customized request for each sandwich was correct. So I get it, I’m a knucklehead myself. Once a week I order 10 sandwiches for customers and like the knucklehead I often wait until the last second to order them. I have never had an issue until today. I called this Pat Booker location and after giving my order Spicoli says that the order will take 2 hours “because of the bread”. I told him I’d call another location which I did. I called the Rittiman location and after placing my order the guy said “see you in 15 minutes”. Fifteen minutes later I had 10 sandwiches and chips in my car. Maybe 20 minutes, let’s be real.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s around. No quality control. They made my first order wrong. I called and they were nice enough to remake it, but it was still not up to standard. How do you make a turkey sandwich with one slice of turkey, if you can even call it a slice? Didn’t even fill the length of bread, it was just meat scraps. Their sandwiches are just filler, the free stuff, hardly any meat, and an obnoxious amount of mayo. I would say they just had bad portion control on one, but this was the remake, it was the same. Sad sandwich all around. Not an $11 sandwich for sure.

Went there with a friend today and was not greeted with a friendly cashier. She didn’t seem to want to be there. Caught her rolling her eyes. But for the most part the food was good, didn’t wait too long even though the female working was all alone.

This place is always clean, quick, and friendly. The food taste great. I am a regular here at this location and they never let me down. I normally get the #14 on square wheat bread add cheese . Music is friendly and turn to “just the right volume” to compliment the atmosphere! Thanks guy! You got my vote!

I don’t expect miracles from overworked minimum wage workers and normally have great service with this business, just not this location/franchise. After ordering from this location dozens of times over years, the basic customer service just isn’t there.

What happened to this location? Complete mess in the store, tables all over the place, tea all over the floor. I used to be in and out of here in less than 5 min, now 10 min in and still havnt started my sandwich. Staff doesnt seem to care.
