Stopped by Jimmy John’s in Live Oak today around 3:45 and had such a great experience. The customer service was awesome — friendly, quick, and genuinely welcoming.
I had the Caesar wrap and my son had the Italian sandwich, and both were fresh and so good. It’s always nice when you can count on quality food and great service.
We’ll definitely be back. Love supporting places right here in Live Oak that take care of their customers.

The food is great. It is freaky fast. I’m just disappointed with the portion size. 3 times now I have about 1/2 full potato salad. I understand it’s only a side but c’mon fill up the container. I pay usually around $40-$50 per meal for the family and we keep seeing things like this. I had to say something

I stopped by Jimmy John’s late this morning to satisfy a craving for my favorite sandwich—the #11. From the moment I walked in, Adrienne and Samantha greeted me with warm smiles and were ready to help right away.
Since I don’t go in often, I wasn’t exactly sure what my favorite sandwich was called or how to access my old rewards account. Adrienne and Samantha were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. They guided me through everything with ease and had my sandwich ready in under five minutes!
The store was spotless, and both team members were professional, cheerful, and well-presented. Their outstanding service and attention to detail made this quick lunch stop feel like a five-star experience.
Highly recommend this location, and major kudos to Adrienne and Samantha for delivering top-tier customer service that really stood out.

Stopped in for lunch and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service! Carol and Tyrone were absolutely amazing — friendly, efficient, and full of energy. They had my order done quickly and perfectly, just the way I like it. I repeat check your balance before paying I was about to be charged nearly $17.00! For just a little John and chips no drink. When I asked for an itemization before paying she claimed oh simple error on our part. ABSOLUTELY NOT. That was clearly some fraudulent behavior. I was dressed down so may have appeared incompetent but she messed with the wrong customer.

This place is always clean, quick, and friendly. The food taste great. I am a regular here at this location and they never let me down. I normally get the #14 on square wheat bread add cheese . Music is friendly and turn to “just the right volume” to compliment the atmosphere! Thanks guy! You got my vote!

The most pathetic sandwich I have ever ordered from Jimmy johns. IDK what they were trying to accomplish but this is not a sandwich. It’s so light and puny. Not a meal not worth the money. I love Jimmy johns but this location has put me off for awhile.
Update for 2.25.26. Note the new photo I attached to my review. It is as terrible as it looks. Makes me miss working downtown and getting those big beautiful sandwiches. This would not be the case for this location. Mostly lettuce, little meat. I felt like I was eatting a vegetarian option. Lettuce was so wet it soaked the bread, making the inside soggy and the outside toasted? I would tell you how the deli meat tasted but all I could taste was the lettuce and soggy peppers. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I would give it zero stars if it would let me.
