First off Bailey and pretty much the whole team know me by name no my sandwich chips and a drink they go above and beyond and customer service is Immaculate The food is fresh. The bread is fresh. The barbecue chips are out of this world when they mess up they have no problem fixing it. The bathroom will keep you cracking up so if you’re broke and you just want a free smell, they offer those are pretty sure if you’re down on your luck and you go in there They are the type of people that may give you a little all in all worth the drive so go check my guys out and get some Fresh food and don’t forget to tell them that Toby sent you

Myself and my coworkers always get sandwiches delivered due to our schedules at work. We don’t know the delivery driver’s name but maybe you can tell by the order number. 37309476926963717. It is an older guy, and we would like to continue to order food, but he makes it so very uncomfortable. We will sometimes be in a meeting when the delivery comes, he is making our front desk clerk feel like the person who placed the order absolutely has to give a tip. He always asks her to go have the person who ordered sign the receipt and leave a tip. She cannot always interrupt our meetings to do so and he’s not understanding about it. This has happened on quite a few occasions, and we would like a different driver because we want to continue to order. Thank you for your understanding

The food is what you’ll get from any Johns… the ONLY reason I’m rating them 5 stars is because of Bailey (and I hope I didn’t misspell her name). I ordered online for drive thru pick up. It took a little longer than the “freaky fast” I’m used to, but she was working all by herself! She was SO PLEASANT and friendly and apologized and even thanked ME for my patience! SHE is the definition of outstanding customer service!
