The Worst place I have ever been .
1. The place empty inside and out why must I repeat my order 3 times ?
2. Get to the window I had to repeat myself yet again.
3. Paid for my food then another person came and confronted me about paying ?
4. The sandwich was $5.40 . Well I gave you a $10 to received $4.60 in change back . I showed him the change to be told he have a receipt saying I didn’t pay ? I’m in drive through I gave the cashier the $10 he gave me my change I’m confused
He handed me my sandwich no bag or anything
5. Called customer service and had to repeat myself to them 3 times. I’m a 60yr old honest woman that chose your place when I’m passing 3 other sandwhich shops .this is insane train your people

The lady at the register was rude. Rolling her eyes when I asked a question about the gyros. If you don’t want to work there, go find another job. Once my food was ready they didn’t want to place the food in a bag. Really, owners of this establishment TRAIN YOUR STAFF!
I make home to find out they did NOT add the avocado I paid for $1.20, I will not recommend this location.

Been here multiple times 30+ mins before closing and employees said they were closing up and couldn’t make anything because they already started cleaning up. Save yourself the hassle and go to the jimmy johns in sugar land town center because this location has consistently terrible employees, which may also explain why I’ve received stale bread multiple times. It’s a shame because I live right next to this location and I love Jimmy John’s, but I consistently have a bad experience every time I attempt to go to this location.

I recently tried Jimmy Johns new hot subs and theyre an absolute game changer! The Vito hot sub is my standout favorite, perfectly toasted bread, melty cheese, and the classic Italian meats and veggies all come together for a flavor explosion. The quality is top notch with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of heat to elevate the experience. Service was quick as always and the staff was super friendly. These hot subs have earned a permanent spot in my weekly lunch rotation. Five stars hands down! Keep it up Jimmy Johns!

My recent experience was very disappointing. There were approximately six employees standing around talking, while only two appeared to be actively working. The individual who took my order was inattentive and did not provide his full attention.
He failed to ask if I was a rewards member, confirm my order for accuracy, or inquire if I wanted my sandwich toasted. When I mentioned that I wanted to enter my number for rewards, he briefly began setting it up but then walked away to chat and laugh with a coworker, leaving me waiting for several minutes.
When my order was finally completed, it was incorrect. Instead of taking accountability, he insisted that I had given him the wrong order. If proper attention and care had been given during the ordering process, this mistake could have been avoided entirely.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I felt compelled to share my experience in the hopes that it can be addressed and improved moving forward.

If you order anything different than what is on the menu expect it to be wrong. Long wait times. Manager doesn’t care is the 4th order in a row over 2 year period I have issues. Same Manager does not care one bit comes from the back ask what’s wrong. Doesn’t care to apologize for wasting peoples times as I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. Manager didn’t offer to make me another sandwich after they messed up my order. Better management can get better trained employees to simply make an over priced sandwich faster and accurately made. Unfortunate Jimmy Johns doesn’t look at the reviews and see the common issue how the store is ran. After I showed half my sandwich was missing they brought over the 2 different kinds of meat over the counter and threw it on my sandwich. I’m sure that is sanitary where money is processed. I love Jimmy johns but this is the hands down worst location. Waste of time and money every time.
