Pathetic, I spent $11 on a combo and maybe got the same amount of tuna that a slim gets! It didn’t even go to the end of the sandwich, I had to thin it out even more! I want to know if the person who made this would be happy if they got this sandwich! Doubt it!

First time visiting this location and it will be my last. When you think of Jimmy John’s you think of great sandwiches and fast service; neither of which correlate to this location.
Both of the sandwiches were made with dry and tough bread. Either the bread was old or this location doesn’t have a clue how to make it. Service was slow. Two attendants for five people in line and three at the tables during my visit.
Parking is cramped. Easy to pull in but awkward to get out. The drive thru is a bit awkward as well.
Since this seems to be the only JJ’s in Huntsville, I’ll have to forego them. I have been trying to find them for some time and this was NOT worth the wait.

After being at SHSU for a while, this is the best place to come and eat. They are always ready to take your order and prepare it quickly. I’ve never been dissatisfied with their work.

I’d give this place a zero star rating if I could. I ordered from this location earlier in the year with no problems, and the staff was extremely friendly. I had my heart set on a Jimmy Johns sandwhich today. I pull through the drive-through for a minute (3-4 minutes) and there is no response. I turn around to see if they were closed, but there was a guy standing right by the window, so clearly they weren’t. I pull around in front to make sure the sign is turned on, and it was. So I decided to go around again, and after a few minutes, no one asked me for my order. That’s just plain laziness, How are you at work and not working? When I pulled back around, he was fiddling with the cups.(as you can see it is completely empty in the establishment.) I guess it’s a good thing I didn’t order here because I read previous reviews before making this one and saw mold allegations.

Asked for tuna sandwich and they didnt put provolone cheese or ranch or onions like i asked for only lettuce and tuna ♀️ order a brownie and that was expired went back and they couldnt refund it because the “system doesnt allow them to refund”

The ladies working were in such a great mood and putting off good energy that I decided to eat my sandwich there instead of going home and eating. The ladies were fantastic! They Eve got my oder right when I confused the whole thing. I said I didn’t need cumber on my sandwich because it had avocado spread on it, they knew I meant I didn’t want mayo. Great experience overall!!

We order large catering orders from Jimmy Johns for our organization at SHSU. Carmen the manager is always so professional and does an amazing job. We never have any issues and she will deliver on campus to us and set up a beautiful spread. 5 stars!!
