We sat in the D/T line for almost 15 minutes with one car in front of us. There were cars behind us leaving but we were stuck. We found out once we finally got to the window they had a bunch of people come into the restaurant. THE manager definitely needs to be retrained in multitasking, running the D/T AND front counter taking orders. It would have been faster to order delivery in the parking lot.

My absolute favorite sandwich store in Waco. It’s clean, the food is fantastic! Get that number 2 no veggies, so good! May just be meat and cheese and mayo but I can eat that every day.

Always fast service. I wish they still had the jalapeño chips but they haven’t been available the last few times. Drive through is a little short on space so depending on how many cars are waiting you may have to drive around the building to get in line.

I placed an order for delivery at 1125, it said out for delivery at 1151. I called the restaurant at 1218 and they said “well, he left a while ago, he is on the way”. He delivered at 1220. Not freaky fast at all.

Service was fast and correct, as usual. I had the Italian Night Club as an Unwich, which is wrapped in lettuce instead of bread. So refreshing and delicious. They don’t mix their drinks properly or something is wrong with their ice. I didn’t enjoy the drink. Otherwise a very enjoyable experience.
