It’s a fast-paced place, but I didn’t feel rushed. They listened to what I wanted on my sandwich. They were fine with my request to cut it in half and wrap it individually. The employees didn’t miss a beat they were still ahead of the orders. It was fast, but isn’t that what we want on the go: fresh, good taste, and fast!

We stop at this Jimmy John’s at least once a week, usually on Tuesdays, when I’m juggling preschool pickup and heading back to work. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating! I typically arrive earlier than my online order is ready, but they work so fast to get it done, and everything always tastes great—no complaints at all.
We especially love Braden! It’s usually just me and my daughter, and even though I don’t order her a sandwich (she shares with me), Braden always goes above and beyond to make her feel special. He gives her a little bag with mustard, just for her, and it absolutely makes her day.
This Jimmy John’s has amazing customer service, and the team really knows how to make you feel welcome. We’re greeted warmly every time. It’s a small thing, but it really stands out. Highly recommend this location!

Currently running a $1 combo deal but we didn’t get the deal. When we asked about it after we had eaten, they said you have to specify that you would like the deal otherwise they charge you full price for the combo. As if I want to pay more for the combo and don’t want the deal. I like the sandwiches but really poor service.

I have never felt compelled to write a review of a restaurant, much less a negative one. Today I witnessed some inexcusable behavior seen from who I believe was the manager on shift. This gentleman was very out of line toward his employees while making a scene. I feel sorry for the employees that work there. No one deserve to be treated poorly like this.

Ordered online. I asked to have the sandwiches cut in half and they were whole. Plus, I ordered 4 sandwiches (3 different kinds of sandwiches) and the sandwiches had no numbers or names to tell them apart. This has happened twice before.

The food is great! The “freaky fast” that I’m used to is non-existent at this location. Both times I’ve ordered from this location have been mobile orders. Each time I had to wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes after ordering ahead, driving to, and then entering the store to pick up my meal. Again, not the “freaky fast” that I’m used to. In fact it seems “strangely slow” with the number of people working the location and the slow food prep. All in all, unless I just have a ton of time I need to kill, I likely won’t visit this location again. It’s a shame since the food is good but the service could be better.
