Jimmy John’s used to be a quick sandwich. Now even when you order directly from the website for delivery it automatically hands your order off to uber. Now I will be waiting an hour and a half for a soggy wrap because Montana had 3 other stops to make on the way.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I bought a sandwich meal combo at the drive-thru and drove back towards home which is 30 minutes away. On the drive I realized my Dr. Pepper was horrible. It didn’t have the flavoring of the drink, just the carbonation. So that was a waste. And then when I got home and started eating my sandwich I wasn’t noticing any avocado spread that it was supposed to have on it (#12). After thoroughly searching I finally found the thinnest streak possible between two pieces of cheese. Not enough to hardly even notice it was there at all. Really disappointed and never going back to this location. I’ll probably just stick to other sandwich shops.

Service was great, just not enough Condiments available. Everything was kind of bland you need something to spice it up. I had the oil in vinegar added to my sandwich , but I couldn’t even taste the vinegar and no banana peppers?

Nope! I ordered one thing and got something entirely different. And it was HOT SPICY which I can’t have. What’s sad is the young man who made it also called out what I ordered and handed it to me. He knew he didn’t just make that sandwich. What in the world?!

Had no clue where to go and when I stood there they kept asking me if needed something. Yup, my sandwich-and I could not even get that.

I tried a Jimmy John’s in McKinney and got a tuna sandwich. I was amazed by how much tuna they crammed on the small size sandwich. So I tried this one in Greenville getting the same tuna sandwich. I basically got a bread sandwich with an extremely small amount of tuna. Will not be going back.

Terrible customer service. Their selling point is that their food is “freaky fast”. Yet we have to wait 40+ minutes for a sub-par sandwich.

We had a $50 gift card. It would NOT work. The lady at the register said we’d have to come back after 3 when the owner was there. We live 30 miles away. We called the owner. She has said several times she’ll put the money in the mail. It’s been 6 weeks and NO money!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken ceaser wrap I was provided what they later called a “kickin ranch wrap” I don’t like being one to complain as I work in the food industry myself so I tried to eat it anyway. One bite and my mouth was absolute fire. I called and very politely explained the issue and asked if I could bring the wrong sandwich back for a correct one because honestly $10 is not something I have to just throw away. They put me on hold for a minute then came back and said yes. I went up there and the lady opened the window and held the sandwich away and awkwardly said hi. I asked if she wants the other back and she said yeah then here you go. That was the extent of my interaction. No I’m sorry, I know what it’s like, nothing. I wasn’t planning to leave a review because accidents happen I get it. But there just felt like absolutely no ownership and like I was wrong for not eating something I didn’t order or could physically eat.
