Stood at the counter for 5 mins without being greeted with 2 employees on the line fixing Togo sandwiches and 1 fixing chips. Said “hello” and still wasn’t greeted until a minute later with the employee fixing chips walking around the counter, huffing & puffing. With NO CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING!!!!

Received my order that was placed over an hour and a half ago, delivered by Uber for some reason.. Both sandwiches were ice cold with the breads being soggy as hell, called the store and was answered by an employee who I told the condition of the order and that id like a refund, but ended up being handed off to another employee, to whom I asked for a refund and after telling him what was wrong with the order, just says “is that it?” And after confirming that was the reason for the call he says “okay you’re all good” and just HANGS UP THE PHONE. Got a very mediocre sandwich about an hour and 5 minutes after ordering. Called to check on the order after an hour and was told the driver left but had no idea how much longer it would be. After I got the sandwiches they were not really toasted/ warm anymore and looked very sad. They weren’t cut as requested and didn’t have names on them. When I called and mentioned they didn’t look appetizing, the fellow on the phone started listing out ingredients “the Italian night club has thee tomatoes, seven peppers…” so on and so forth.
Surprised that a chain that is usually so quick and good missed the mark on this one.

The shop should have been open till 10:00 p.m. They literally closed the lights off in front of me and then threw a box out the front The Pizza Hut guys next to me were actually dumbfounded as well. Do NOT request delivery services from this location. I’ve tried multiple times on multiple days for delivery (THEYVE even done 3rd party delivery) and it’s always over an hour before you get your sandwich.
Today – delivery was 1hr 20min (11:45am – 1:08pm).
Mind you I confirmed when placing the order it wouldn’t be too long and was told it won’t be. Then I called about 35min after the order was placed to followup and was told that it’s already out for delivery and should receive it soon. Called back when it was 1hr 5min and someone else told me it has JUST gone out 2 min ago and I’d receive it in next 10 min.
Also, sandwich wasn’t worth the wait. Ordered 2x lettuce and got barely any lettuce. So I got a vegetarian sandwich with barely any lettuce….

Sheesh the staff working there today need some training. After I ordered my sandwich I sat down and waited. After a bit I heard someone say Vito, then again a few seconds later. But it’s a sandwich shop, names of sandwiches get thrown around all the time. It wasn’t until I heard “last call for a Vito” that it even registered someone was saying my sandwich was ready. As I walked up to the counter, I hear someone say “guess someone isn’t hungry” while the rest of the staff laughs. And as I’m getting my sandwich they start trash talking customers never listening or paying attention. Everyone in the service industry trash talks customers. But most have the decency to wait until customers are gone and can’t hear them first…
More to the point, did they ever stop to think that if this happens that often, then just maybe, they are the common denominator? Maybe just saying the name of a sandwich in a sandwich shop doesn’t convey the message “your food is ready”? How about “Vito ready at the counter” or literally anything more than just “Vito”.
It’s sad too. Just moved to an office right behind this location and I was stoked to have a Jimmy John’s so close. But they won’t be getting any more of my business.

The seats are terribly uncomfortable and the Apple Pay doesn’t work, but nobody knows about it not working. The sandwich was also burnt and I waited fifteen minutes.

What happened to Freaky Fast Service Jimmy Johns?! Apparently that no longer exist… Or Maybe I should’ve added Keith Lee’s name to the order. I ordered my Combo at 5:45 pm, but received it at 6:47 pm (You do the math) and this is what I received. Come on man…. P.s. The 2 Stars are because the Driver was nice upon arrival. ♂️

This is the worst location you can order from. They do not read any of the mobile order instructions and the manager will just says okay and hangs up on you. This location is a joke and the management here are all unwilling to resolve any problems.
