Staff are very friendly and quick to fill orders! I ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar last week and unfortunately didn’t get the crispy onions, seems small but was one of the things that made me change my order last minute! Lots of meat though, could’ve used some hot peppers for extra flavor. Small interior with not a lot of seating, but good for to go orders. Easy to locate and lots of parking!

Dec 17 2025. I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich for pick up. I paid $15 for a chicken ranch sandwich that barely had any chicken or ranch. I had to go buy something else after this. I will say though, it really depends who’s working because I’ve never had this issue here before and I’ve been here 4 times.

Had a great experience here! The sandwiches are great and the employees are always more than friendly. I have never had any issues ordering from this store whether that be in person or on the app. I highly recommend this place for their quick, delicious and friendly service. Jack and Zack were absolutely great. They answered all of my questions, had great explanations and were quick and speedy with getting our order ready. If you’re hungry in Wylie, make a good choice and stop by this establishment. You won’t be disappointed.

I visited this location at 9:05 PM on Saturday, April 5, 2025, specifically to get a toasted sandwich, which had been advertised all week. However, when I ordered two sandwiches, the employee informed me that the toaster was off because it takes too long to clean. Despite this, I decided to proceed with the sandwiches. In hindsight, I should have left when I noticed that the bottom of his beard was nearly touching the sandwich. I likely won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Also, please note, I’m not interested in contacting anyone regarding my experience. Respectfully.

Don’t eat at JJs a lot. I was in a hurry. Staff was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. And that Italian #7 has a ton of meat on it. It was a meal.

I stopped by this location and ordered the number one. To my surprise, when I got back to my office and opened the sandwich, it only had one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Very disappointing. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

Very friendly staff and clean dining area. They made my sandwich within 3 minutes of ordering I was eating. The current limited time item is The Frenchie sandwich. Bread, butter, and meat. What else do you need? If anyway I could ask Jimmy John’s to keep as permanent item for sure.
