Horrible lunch. Put one tiny slice of turkey and no cheese on the whole sandwich. Was supposed to be a beach club. Spent almost $30 on this garbage, including tip.

I ordered food for a couple of meetings I had and the guy that helped me did a great job! Will definitely use this location again when I come back!

I walked into this location and was immediately disappointed by the service. The employee responsible for taking orders was sitting down on his phone and had to be told by the lady behind the counter already busy to get up and help me. When he finally came over, he seemed disengaged and uninterested, barely making eye contact and clearly not wanting to be there.
To top it off, when he handed me my sandwich, he said, “That was really hard to wrap,” as if making my order was a burden. The entire experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Based on this visit I will not be returning.

3.7 – October 2023. A couple of blocks from our hotel on our only day in Tulsa we got to kick back and relax from a heavy itinerary, we were glad this place was open around 9PM. After a few questions about menu items, they made us two good takeout sandwiches on a French roll, “Club Tuna” and “Club Lulu” that is made with turkey and bacon. We ordered their regular size which is 8″, but original sandwiches can be purchased that are smaller at 6″, and there is a giant size which is 16″. Customers can also choose sliced wheat bread or no bread served as a lettuce wrap. Eighteen “freebies” or condiments can be included with your sandwich.
Bags of chips and two premium sides, a pasta and potato salad are available. Soft drinks, an energy drink, lemonade and bottled water are the beverage choices. Three cookies from homemade recipes are also an option if you want something sweet: Triple chip chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin and fudge chocolate. Plenty of seating. The tables all have amusing comments on their tops such as the do’s and don’ts of eating at Jimmy John’s in terms of etiquette. (See my photos)
In my opinion, this franchise has better sandwiches than Subway with more bulk inside without having to pay extra, fresher ingredients and more extra toppings at no charge plus higher quality meats. For CT residents, there are two locations in Orange and Norwalk.

My server completely didn’t speak or respond in a remotely civil or polite fashion. Mind you I’m the only customer in the store, I started with “Hello”. She stared back at me and said nothing. I repeated “Hello”. She gave an annoyed Hello back. I asked, “what would you recommend” to which she replied ” I don’t know what you like to eat.” I then left.

I ordered my favorite sandwich and they had it at my door within 15 minutes. The only problem was that the driver had no change, so I ended up tipping $11 on a $12 sandwich, but they credited some of that back to my account. So I’m happy.
Just be careful Jimmy John’s downtown Tulsa, because there seems to always be a few things wrong with each order…. but it is always delivered fast and taste good. Thanks for the effort, because I know from experience, the food service industry is hard.

Ordered delivery from this location. Took 25 min to get to me 1.2 miles away. The amount of meat on the sandwiches was abysmal. I paid the up charge for regular portion of avocado spread on my bootlegger sandwich, and it was maybe one tablespoon worth. I also added cucumber and onion, which translates to no lettuce and THREE slices of cucumber AND tomato. My sister-in-laws sandwich was supposed to have mayo AND mustard, but she could not taste either of them due to the minimal amount of each. It was supposed to be cut in half and was not. My daughter’s little John #6 had absolutely no avocado spread when it is supposed to be included. It was also supposed to be cut in half but was not. I had the exact same sandwich from another location just a week ago which had double ALL of the ingredients on the sandwich, even though the whole order was “regular.” The manager at this location said “these sandwiches were made according to corporate standards. That other location doesn’t follow corporate.” Umm, sorry, I don’t believe you. Your store sucks. I will not be back.

Downtown Jimmy John’s has one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten! Mandi and Zach put together a sandwich that had me reminding myself it’s rude to shove food in my face like I was eating for two or coming off a long fast!!! I ordered a Billy Club and it was DELICIOUS! The service was fast, friendly and served up in a very tidy establishment located in the heart of downtown Tulsa just a few doors up from the ever eclectic Nelson’s Buffeteria I miss so much!
Way to go Jimmy John’s!!! You nailed it! Thank you Mandi and Zach you made my meal!
(This is a picture of my sandwich that does it no justice because I couldn’t help but eat it before I snapped a photo of it in it’s glory)

Nothing short of the absolute best experience of my life. The service was so amazing and fast, I felt right at home. The food was absolutely incredible at a great price. I loved every last second of being there. It was just really good I can’t get over how much I enjoyed that . I’m so happy that I went there . Turns out happiness does exist ! and it only cost 6$ and 250 calories
