Price has gotten incredibly high for a sandwich. Got my kids a little John combo. It was $10 for a slice of turkey lettuce and tomatoes on a breadstick. They also do not even give you a pickle spear with your sandwich anymore and want $2 for a pickle spear. Won’t be back.

Unfortunately neither sandwich was great. They had way too much sauce (which was too sweet) and the bread wasn’t fresh which was disappointing. We’ve ordered from here before and it was just average then as well.

So they can make your food wrong and give you wraps that you can’t eat because they’re so bad. Then they have TWO people tell you that you can get a refund for those items if you call back the next day. You do call back the next day and they say you know what, never mind, we don’t give refunds! Then they offer you a credit only for their restaurant. After all that BS, who would want that? I don’t! I will never eat there ever again! Which is probably a blessing for both parties involved. There are better sandwich places that exist that actually CARE about giving out good edible food AND their customer’s satisfaction.

Ordered online for pick up, got the Jimmy Cubano. Was ready quickly, however my sandwich was awful. Got it toasted, had no mayo, mustard, or pickle! Basically just toasted ham, bacon, and cheese sandwich. I ate half, threw the other half away.

Drive thru operator laughed at my wife who mistook their “Jimmy’s peppers” and called them banana peppers by accident. We normally order through the app. So she left the line and had me put it in.
When in the drive thru she notices the we didn’t get chips and was basically told she was lying and didn’t order any chips when it’s the FIRST thing on the receipt.
Then we get home and the cookies we were given are ice cold like they were just pulled from a freezer AND they didn’t put in my wife’s brownie she was looking forward to trying. Needless to say we won’t be able to go back for a while after her experience.

Jimmy John’s is one of my favorites. It’s always fresh, super fast and usually super delicious. My go-to is a #9 with no onions. The last three times (this being the third time) I’ve been through, I’ve had onions. Got a little John today but boy did they really go little on me! I didn’t even get a slice of turkey just small pieces, felt like I was eating bread with lettuce. Too bad I was on my lunch break so I did not have time to go back and complain.
