Disappointed!!! I always love coming here and have never had a bad experience until tonight. At my time of arrival I was the only customer. Went through the drive thru, ordered 1 simple sandwich. Pulled forward, then sat at the window for 15 minutes. No one acknowledged us, never paid just sat there. I watched the woman making sandwiches touch both registers, headsets, and everything else around her and never once changed her gloves. While watching her make contaminated sandwiches, four customers walked in and received their food. After watching everyone that showed up after we had ordered have their food made and walked out to them, i decided to just leave and ended up at Subway where i was able to order, pull forward, pay and receive my sandwich all within five minutes. Wasn’t the sandwich i originally ordered but it tasted pretty dang good! To those who ate the sandwiches with dirty gloves between 8:30-9:00pm on 11/14/24, may your bowels be ever in your favor!

Put in an online order for 4 sandwiches (only) and got there to pick them up 40 minutes later and they hadn’t even started to make the order. Not the first freakishly slow experience I’ve had here.

In my opinion, this establishment is one of the worst I have ever encountered. During the night shift, they only have one employee working, which is inadequate given the high volume of customers. They have refused to hire additional staff, except for a driver who is always out on deliveries.
As a heads up, the management
is incompetent . Therefore, it is crucial to exercise caution when ordering food.
Regrettably, state law requires restaurants to display a visible notice indicating that cameras and audio recording are in use before any employee or customer enters the premises. This is to protect privacy, but unfortunately, the management has neglected to comply with this regulation. And any employees seeking employment here I recommend you look elsewhere

First off I have always liked the sandwiches at, Jimmy John’s. I had a problem ordering at the drive thru, the other day. The manager, Cody, straightened out everything, certainly to my satisfaction. I’m not saying don’t go to the drive thru. My wife tells me she always goes into the store. 8-6-25 I was at the store and picked up a couple of sandwiches. They were fine. They asked if I had a rewards card, I said no. They didn’t offer to give me one or if I wanted one.

Sat in dive thru for 5 min which felt like a lifetime when you are hungry. A worker greeted me to hold on. After the next 3 min the worker didn’t Check back and there was only 1 car in lot. This has happened before and I had to go inside- had my dog today so I didn’t want to. Left hungry & disappointed again.
