Everyone’s been quite rude and passive aggressive lately.
And every single time I ask for EASY mayo, they drown the damn thing in Mayo. Like this is soup mayo atp.
No one can’t make a sandwich as it is asked to be made.

Freaky fast. Baloney. Almost an hour wait. Then my order was made wrong, I asked for extra mayo, nothing on there have more onions than chicken and it’s a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Call the store to complain and all I get told is “ well the toasting melts the mayo.” I said okay well there is still more onions than chicken on my sandwich. It’s basically onions and bread. She says “ oh well the chicken is proportioned out so I don’t know what to tell you. Like really. Horrible customer service!!!

I have eaten at this sandwich shop several times. The sandwiches are good and their unwich selections are good for a dip in carb intake, if that’s something you’re looking for. They have a drive-thru, which is convenient. There is room to eat inside and they also offer delivery and catering. It is a bit pricey, in my opinion, for sandwiches and parking can be bad at peak times.

First time eating there. Said and spelled my name for the the lady and she still got it wrong. Was there August 31 st in Jonesboro AR. Ticket number 31. The sandwich was not what I thought it would be. I’ll be going back to Subway. I got more lettuce than meat. 2 slices of meat on our sandwich. The bread was hard.

It was my first time but not my last. I ordered the 18 inch #7 spicy east coast Italian and lemonade! The sandwich was prepared fast and personally delivered to me as I read the posted signs of inspiration! I ate in a booth that was just as clean as the spot less dinning area! I was engaged in friendly conversation with the staff of two!

I had to change my review of this location by dropping another star. Although the food is still great, my order been made incorrectly every single order. Now that’s just not something I expect from jimmy John’s. My service has always been above and beyond from this franchise. I even been to locations that come so fast I’d swear it was made in the car on the way over. But not here. Now I’ve never called and complained I just eat what I was given and let it go. But I got no idea what’s coming. As for this location I’m just out from now on. The low customer reviews of this place have been earned.

So after months of not ordering from this store, I made an order today. The order was made incorrectly once again. And so I called the store. I let them know what was missing and asked for them to remake the order. And they could have this one back because I had only taken two bites out of one half. The guy on the phone immediately says no and begans saying that they’ve had so many complaints (this is accurate) from my address that he was told to no longer make orders with my address. He also said that I should be glad I got anything and the order was made correcrly. All the items that were missing he said they weren’t on my ticket. I litterally read from the ticket when I told him about this. He said I wasn’t getting anything and hung up the phone. I called back and apprentally there was a shift change, I asked for the employees name so that I could take this to corporate. She said she didnt know who did that. Apprentally no one else at the store did either. So I got no name. I’ve had missing orders, orders arrive some 130 to 2 hours late, and orders made incorrectly. The last time was so bad the Gm or store manager gave me his number and a 100 dollar gift card. Even then they made the orders wrong, I reached out to him and got no reply this time. I sent videos to the Gm, describing the issue. The last time the same guy was the problem.
My sandwich was remade without me telling her what I ordered. She made it 100 percent correctly… interesting right. I’m done with this store.. .the items listed on the receipt are amomg those the guy on the phone said were not selected on my ticket. I’ve ordered the same sandwich for the last year.
Here’s the craziest part about this, the Gm or store manager who ever he is, gave me his number and told me to call him for any problem I have. At the same time, he apprentally told his employees not to accept any of my orders. That speaks very loudly.. I cant be the only one experiencing this. Nothing ever comes from report anything. This guy litterally needs to be fired. It has always been the same guy. He always refuses to make it right. He litterally knows my address and my name, he said it as he answered the phone. But they expect me to believe this was an accident… they play alot of games here.
The last order tasted extremely sour almost like warheads. The sandwiches have never tasted like that. I told the gm about it he said he watched the cameras and nothing funny happened. I was ignored after this. At this point I dont even trust this place. I sent all of this pics videos and a detailed explanation of what happened to the GM ( who again, gave me his number and told me to call him wuth any complients) and was ignored. Interesting

A new driver made a mistake & didn’t notify me that they had arrived, so my food was outside for an hour, honest mistake. I called & they immediately apologized & remade my order & a kind driver named Liv brought me my food. I appreciated how professional they were & weren’t upset that I needed a new order made. May not seem like much, but kindness is rarely shown anymore, so it was nice.
