Girl my sandwich had 4 slices of meat. I have been going here for years and have never eaten a sandwich this bad. The time before this one, the bread was so hard it could pass as a rock laying on the side of the highway. Are you guys okay? Sure, I want my meal freaky fast, but can you please put the correct amount of meat on it? The meal I just consumed was bread. Bread. Where’s my turkey? I didn’t order a Tom. I ordered Turkey Tom!

I paid for extra turkey on my sandwich, and what I received was clearly the standard portion (if not less). Extra meat should be obvious, and this definitely wasn’t.

I’m a regular customer and often order the tuna here, but after eating it this time I developed severe nausea and vomiting. I later saw that there is an active FDA recall on certain canned tuna products. Just wanted to share my experience so others are aware and can be cautious.

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s three times now, and my experience has been a bit mixed. Two out of the three times, I didn’t actually get the sandwich I ordered — but to be fair, the sandwiches I did get were still delicious. So even though it wasn’t what I asked for, I left happy with the taste.
The staff is friendly, but the service can be a little slow, especially in the drive-through. If you’re in a hurry, this can be a bit frustrating because the lane is tight. Once you’re in line, you’re stuck between cars with no way to get out if the wait drags on.
Overall, the food has been really good, but I’d love to see a little more attention to accuracy and speed. If they tighten up on those details, this location could easily be 5 stars.

Absolutely won’t ever be at this location again, not even two hours before close and the staff wanted nothing to do with taking our order. The comment the other employee made caused us to walk out. Better off going to a different establishment.

This place is by far the worse I’ve had to deal with. The crew is disorganized. They lie. I ordered food for delivery. They used Uber for the delivery. After an hour of tracking and waiting, they claim someone stole the food and they had to make it again. Just lies. I’d rather drive all the way to the store in NLR. They got their shit together there.

Jimmy John’s has served good fresh sandwiches. My bread and meat have always been fresh tasting. I tried a chicken wrap, and it was good tasting. I wish I could keep them from putting onions on my order when I request that none be put on my sandwich. I have noticed that the drive-in line seems to be taking a long time to get to order and then get my food. Not sure what has happened because the line used to be quick. Maybe it is because they cannot hear like we cannot hear them through the speaker someone ran over. I use the app to order my sandwich. I will start parking in the tiny parking lot, go in and pick up my food; after checking it to make sure those loud-smelling onions have not found their way back on the sandwich.

I thought the wait time is ridiculous. The food was even worse. I ordered the beach club. The meat was nonexistent and so was the guacamole. The bread was too hard to eat. 20 minutes and $11 later for nothing.

Trash service very rude. Sandwich meat was half off literally. $14 for a tiny floppy sandwich. They had no ice and I was told oh well sorry. Should have just gone to rallies. Would not recommend.
