Efficient ! Never have a problem with my food although I wish they could take the lettuce and toss it in the condiments you want on your sandwich or wrap which would make it taste so much better , there’s usually so much lettuce it not enough condiments on the sandwich and or wrap . However overall this location is great to stop by get your Order and go … 1 of the best !

I love jimmy johns food and the staff in the store is great; however don’t order for delivery unless they can guarantee that one of their bikers will be doing the delivery. I ordered food through the the app and waiting over an hour. I kept trying to track the order on the uber app but the time continued to change. By the time the toasted sandwich was delivered it was soggy and cold beyond repair.

The WORST, absolutely by far, Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The teenage girl who apparently was the manager has the worst attitude, and literally threw a temper tantrum in front of me and other guests when I returned to the store with a sandwich that maybe had .5 oz of meat. I’ve been to a lot of JJ, and have never been told corporate sets 40 grams standard. If one oz of meat on a $10 sandwich is the new normal for JJ, then they’ve lost a customer. What a joke…and to have children like this losing all reality and control is comical. I’ve deleted my app and will no longer frequent Jimmy John’s. It’s really too bad they’ve gone downhill so much and are taking advantage of and ripping off the very people keeping them in business. Advice to customers: put them out of business. Maybe that will trigger reality and will stop ripping people off.

I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s plenty of times, but today, my sandwich was not what I was expecting. No avocado nor mayonnaise. It was so dry that I almost choke. I was at work and didn’t have anything to put on my bread. I had to throw it in the trash. I am very disappointed I will still be ordering from there again. Hopefully, it’ll be like it usually is.

New Review! Order delivery, get the wrong food + so soggy it may have been dropped in water. Delivery guy marks it as delivered long before it reaches you, so no oversight or tracking. I have no idea why I keep giving them another chance. Customer service consists of ignoring the ringing phone…

Today I ordered lunch for the family at Jimmy John’s on third street in downtown Baton Rouge. However the delivery time and overall situation was atrocious. The guy was a complete jerk and actually said to me that I was not his only customer then proceeded to flip me the bird as he turned to leave. True story. Unbelievable. Never, ever again. Shameful.

I love Jimmy John’s, but this branch doesn’t seem very competent. Almost every time I go there they get my order wrong in some way, whether it’s leaving off the cheese or giving me a different sandwich altogether. Always check your order before leaving.

Both the regular staff and management are amazing! We ordered catering for Customer Service Week and not only did they give us a generous discount, but they also complimented us with a box of cookies. Always very fast and good. Don’t miss the tables upstairs if you’re looking for a place to sit down. Just wish they were open later than 5pm. I think they’d do well considering Canes usually has a small crowd for dinner every evening. Plus there’s delivery.
