I used the JJ app to order a #15 Club Tuna wrap. As I approached the drive-thru, I received a phone call from the store. At the drive up window the staff informed me that they did not have tuna available because it was not made that day. I switched my order to a Caesar wrap instead. Why does the JJ app allow me to order an item that is actually not available? Other restaurants update their ordering app in real time to reflect availability. I was not able to receive the item I paid for in the JJ app so I was disappointed.
I experienced 2 employee errors from one order at this location on 9/29/22. Prior to leaving town for the weekend I ordered on the JJ app. At the drive-thru I told this location that I have a mobile app order for Matthew. I drive away and realized I was handed an order for Matthew J. (not Matthew B.) which was a Club Lulu and not my order of the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch. I called the store and was I told to return for the proper order. I picked up the BBQ Ranch Chicken Club and got back on the road. I soon realized that my Wrap was devoid of ANY chicken. No meat! Also the Guacamole Spread I added for additional cost was not in the wrap. I was on the road for vacation and not returning to this location for a third time in one day. I’m a Freaky Fast Rewards member that orders weekly at this location. I am requesting a refund for my purchase because I never actually received my proper order. I have pics attached of the BBQ Ranch Chicken Wrap that has zero chicken in it.

I have ordered delivery from here twice. The first delivery took around 40 minutes. The second time I ordered, I made sure to order ahead knowing they were on the slower side. I had a limited amount of time that I would be home for lunch and figured giving them an hour was more than enough advance notice. I called after not receiving the delivery 45 minutes after the order. They stated it was out for delivery and the delivery driver had two deliveries to make prior to me. After an hour, I called to cancel. I requested a refund and they stated that they would place it back on my card. It has been over a month and I’ve never received the funds nor the food. Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite go to restaurants when in need of quick food, but I will never order from this particular location again. The whole appeal to Jimmy John’s is quick delivery. You will get quicker service using DoorDash at a different restaurant.

Management issues here. Expressed disappointment was not addressed management. Employees seemed to be bothered to assist customers. Cashier mumbled and was not knowledgeable of the menu options. I ordered avocado spread & could not find on the sandwich. When addressed they said they are only allowed to give a teaspoon amount. It was non existent on the sandwich, not recommended… waste of money.

UPDATE: Well, I thought I would give them another try. I ordered today for delivery at 12:07. It is now 1:04. I called the store just before 1, because once again they put it to repeat order, could no longer see tracking, and I still don’t have my food, he said the driver was out with my order and 3 other orders. It is now 1:10 and they just pulled up. I won’t ever be ordering from them again!! Their new motto should be “Freaky SLOW”!!!!
Usually have no issues with this location. Sandwich is usually always fresh, good and arrives in a timely manner, not freaky fast anymore, but normal delivery time. Today I ordered at 1:20p and by 1:50 the order was no longer showing a status, it changed to repeat order. So I called and she told me that he had just gotten back from a bunch of deliveries and was headed my way. It took 35 minutes after I called before it arrived and I am only 5 minutes from the store. I received my order at 2:25. Have to say, very disappointed with the service and the food I received today.

None of the sandwiches we get ever come close to looking full and big like the photos on the menu board. They are put together too quick usually lacking lettuce and tomato. Will try the competition .

Went to get a sandwich from Jimmy John’s off 190 in covington la. Was very unhappy with the amount of meat. It did not go all way across the bun. It was a giant ham and cheese. Would not recommend this place for only the reason there is hardly any meat. Subway does better. Someone told me to try this and my answer and recommendation is if you like a bread sandwich it’s for you otherwise go elsewhere
