Jimmy John’s got a GLOW UP. The customer service, the sandwiches, the cleanliness – the everything! I used to tolerate coming because it’s the only location within hours of us but the customer service was awful. The (new?) employees are SO friendly and actually care about the sandwiches they’re creating & serving to you. So happy about the refresh – if you’ve had a previously poor experience, give it another chance! You won’t be disappointed.

I ate in. Nice big and clean place. That includes the bathrooms. Counter help was friendly. Food is what you expect from Jimmy John’s.
It looks like the negative reviews are from people getting their delivery or takeout orders wrong. Not a problem if you are eating there.

We were on a road trip so we wanted to be in and out and get our sandwiches so that we can eat them on the road. We left the store and looked at our sandwiches and realized that there was hardly any of the extras that we put on. We got like three hot peppers. I wanted to go in and ask for everything on the side so that I could put it on myself but at that point I just wanted to get back on the road and get home. I like Jimmy John’s when done correctly but it’s almost impossible to find now

I cannot say how happy I am with the employees of this store. I regret not getting their names, but I had went back in to order another sandwich for someone that was homeless and they took care of it.

First my online order wasn’t even on the rack I had to wait in line and get it and then secondly I get a Del Taco cup Jimmy John’s. I’d called after I was off of work to explain my frustration and spoke to DJ after this whole incident and DJ proceeded to hang up on me because he didn’t want to hear what I had to say. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had any Jimmy John’s and I’m hoping this situation can be brought to the owners attention. What happened to customers service?

The picture shows half of my $15 sandwich, a giant slim 4 with cheese. The other half was the same sad story.
We picked up sandwiches driving through town on our way home, as we have done several times before. We were already back on the interstate when I unwrapped my sandwich to find hardly anything between the bread.
If this is how they make a $15 sandwich now, we won’t be stopping there any more. Embarrassing.

The store opens at 10am. The neon light was on. It was after 10am. The door was still locked. I called. He said they were busy doing a catering order and wouldn’t be opening for awhile. When I said that this needed to be reported to corporate, his response was feel free to go ahead and do it. Wow, the service there is horrid.

They have messed up my orders consistently for the past few months, not sure if they hired new people but the service here is absolutely awful. I have had to send almost every sandwich I get from them back. Recently, an incident happened that has caused me to lose trust and faith in this establishment, which is unfortunate because I used to really enjoy the food. I have allergies, which I always make clear, and I was served a sandwich that had been made incorrectly and then had those ingredients sloppily scraped off, serving the same bread/other ingredients, but covered in the residue of an allergen- incredibly dangerous, I’m lucky I had someone try it for me first. If they screwed up once or twice or even three times, I would give it a pass. But it has been every. single. time. If you don’t want terrible service, suspiciously hard bread, oddly chewy meat and workers who are visibly high, don’t waste your time and money on this JJ’s. 🙁
