Stopped in and ordered the new chicken bacon ranch toaster. Ordering and timely service was as usual. The sandwich however was not very good. The sandwich was dripping wet with ranch sauce that it was virtually inedible. The sandwich was overpowered and saturated with onions that the chicken and bacon went unnoticed. We stopped approximately 40 miles east of Grand Island to toss the sandwich in the trash. Four hours later we arrived home in Des Moines and our son asked if we had onions in the car. My hands, the drippings on my shirt reeked of onions. My wife texted me this morning that the car still smelled of onions. BTW – how often does the tea container get cleaned? This experience has ruined JJ for me personally. I’ll never go back

To start we love Jimmy John’s and it’s an easy go to for my children.
I’m confused how difficult it is to make a sandwich that’s just meat, cheese, and Mayo…. Even after it was repeated THREE TIMES ON THE PHONE…. It was still wrong. my four-year-old and two year hate oregano and it gets stuck in her teeth….. Little John Vito modified and they couldn’t get it right

Jimmy John’s is the best sub sandwich in Grand Island and the Hinterlands. The single type of bread has fallen. Toasted sandwiches are in now. However, KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid) rules in food though which accounts for the existence of #10 on the menu. Just a SIMPLE (!!!!) roast beef sub! Alert! It doubles the meat w/o complicating things. I sure hope JJs is not abandoning their “simplicity style “.

I’m very disappointed today I love Jimmy Johns and have never really had a complaint, yes there have been times an ingredient is missed but whatever. However today my bread was hard as a rock and I’m not kidding. I finally tossed it after I ate half. It was so dry and that was with 4 extra packs of mayo added. Shouldn’t have served that bread. It maybe was even day old I don’t know.

For Jimmy John’s being freakishly fast, they were horribly slow. I ordered it online half hour before arriving at the store and then waited 20 minutes for them to make it.
Completely unacceptable.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location in the last three days and for $13, the sandwich was tinier than I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s anywhere in the United States. Definitely not happy and will not go back to this location.
Typically, Jimmy John’s makes fantastic sandwiches and they are freakishly fast.
