Train your delivery drivers right or replace them. Just got my food delivered around 6:30 pm today and the driver practically demanded a tip and was very unprofessional. Ordered delivery to my work for a last minute shift I had to cover. (I work within a 2 minute walk of JJ) and the driver walked in and said “what no tip” basically demanding a tip. So I gave him a couple dollars. But I will not be ordering delivery from this store again due to the demanding nature of this driver. Here’s your tip: don’t demand a tip especially if you only have to drive 30 seconds..

I go there alot. I am allergic to Swiss cheese and white bread. I get the same sandwich every time. Number 9 whole wheat ,no onions extra vinegarette . I got home with a sandwich for myself and my husband .Opened up and both were on French .His was fine, but I wasn’t able to eat mine. And it also had onions.So the next time I went back ,I said that my sandwich was wrong. I told her to make sure it was whole wheat. I told her what happened, and she laughed and said well I guess you didn’t get to eat then ! My family owned a restaurant in Grand Island for 20 years. And we would never treated a customer like that

Drive thru gave me wrong sandwich which I didn’t discover until several miles out of town. Also was overcharged for sandwich I should have received because they gave me the wrong one. Poor quality control by drive thru personnel.

The lady working watched as we pulled into the lot and then ran, genuinely ran, to lock the door, it was a very obvious she didn’t want anyone coming in. It was still over an hour until they closed and there were already people inside eating.
