My sandwich was 75% bread. I paid $12 for hard bread. There was hardly any meat in it. It was supposed to have Salami, Turkey, Capocollo, but it was missing the capocollo. I requested extra Mayo which also didn’t happen. The bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth. I put in an order for 4 different sandwiches with sides for inside pickup. They didn’t fill the drinks, they just put cups in the sack. You’d think since I ordered pickup and picked out what the 4 drinks were, they’d fill them and have them ready to go. Nope. They didn’t give me a drink carrier, so not only did I have to fill 4 drinks, I had to carry them out to my car along with 2 full sacks of food, and find 4 cup holders in my car to put the drinks. I wanted to like this place, but this is the second time I’ve been there and the food is bland and mostly bread. I’m disappointed with the service and the food. I don’t recommend.

Longer hours would be awesome, but I understand that later business doesn’t pay the bills. The food is usually pretty good, and the service is pretty quick. The atmosphere is fairly welcoming and I don’t really have many problems with it. The park g gets super sketchy though when it’s busy. I don’t quite like the risk of getting backed into.

I have had great service at the Wayne JJ’s! Party boxes Easter weekend for the extended family were a hit! Catering at work delivered timely, delicious and made to order accurately. Personal meals have been great – love the little John’s too. Clean, friendly environment the minute you walk in the door.

This is a GREAT addition to Wayne. I have ordered several times (enough that I earned a free cookie, and a free sandwich) through the app., I have ordered via the app, ordered through drive thru and had it delivered to my place of employment. Every time the food was fresh and delicious and any employee that I have had contact with was professional and super helpful answering and questions I had. They have also been very accommodating for any issues I had. Correcting the issue without question. I highly recommend this eating establishment and I can’t wait to try other sandwiches on the menu!

My family and I have visited JJ’s 15 + times since they opened 😉 and each visit has been very positive. My father-in-law has celiac and the staff was so well prepared and knowledgeable on how to handle the order we placed for him which is so comforting. It is clear the staff are working hard to do a good job. So glad to have this business in town.

I have had nothing but good service through the pick up and through the drive through. I picked up an order and got home it was the wrong order I called the store they sent a delivery driver within 5 minutes I had my sandwich. Love this place.

Wrong sandwich from what was ordered. My roommate ordered 2 sandwiches through the Jimmy John’s App. Mine was the Vito. The sandwich had Mayo (not requested to be added and not on the Vito) and I could not taste onion, oil and vinegar. The sandwich had the most Mayo I have ever had from any Jimmy John’s sandwich and I have ordered from 7 or 8 locations in multiple cities in Nebraska and a couple other states. I am guessing the sandwich I did eat had ham and do know there was Tomato and light lettuce. I know they just opened and really hope the sandwich was a mix up when placing in the bag. If not, the employees need to review what goes with what sandwich.

Unwich is the way I have to go due to being Celiac. It is difficult to eat out because of it. Marcia was very conscientious on how to make sure it was made without cross-contamination with gluten. It was great!! Inside was super clean- someone is always cleaning!!! We will definitely be back!!!
