Wish these places were common where I am from. 10,000 times better than subway for about the same cost. Spicy East Coast Italian toasted is a pretty darn good sandwich. Am here Monday night at 8pm and the kids here were really friendly. No complaints – keep up the good work

Save yourself the trouble and got to another location in Sioux City. I frequent Jimmy John and this store is not on par with the others in the area. I constantly wait 20 minutes for a single sandwich as the only car in the drive through and I have had multiple instances of getting the wrong sandwich or chips or stale bread. I love Jimmy John’s but just go to another location.

I will never order from the south sioux city jimmy johns again. #1. Called and the worker answered “hello?”, not professional. #2. Said order would take 15-20 to be delivered (our location was 3 miles away), would have been great, but it took an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered! #3. I called at the 45 minute mark to see where our food was, he said “oh it’s being delivered”. Didn’t show up for another half hour. #4. The delivery guy sat in his car and waited for me to come out to his car window to get my food, didn’t get out at all. #5. Our order was wrong.
