I want to warn people that this location absolutely rips you off. I used to go here a lot and as of the last month the sandwich sizes are extremely skimpy. There used to be some weight to these things and now they’re light as a feather. You can tell just by how its wrapped, like wow this seems little. I went there last Saturday and got 4 total sandwiches for my family and I , then I went this Monday. BOTH times I went into the store and there was barely meat, let alone toppings on my orders. They were not busy either times I was the only person ordering so I am not sure what their excuse is. I have spoke to several people and apparently this location has earned this reputation. I know how expensive food costs these days and I advice people o go to a different location if you want your moneys worth.

Ordered ahead. Great deal with making it a combo for free. They forgot my drink but I mentioned it and they were very apologetic. Veggie sub was good. I really like the potato salad.

Waited an hour for our sandwiches, not a big deal it’s lunch time and I understand the restaurant industry. Things happen. After getting the sandwiches, upon inspection, we realized they weren’t at all what we ordered. I called and whoever I spoke to was apologetic, offered a $10 credit and new sandwiches. We received the new sandwiches, one was correct, the other was a veggie add turkey, but had no avocado spread and very little lettuce as shown in the picture. Overall very disappointed, and will be taking a break from J.J.

Absolutely love the lo carb Unwich option but this JJs really disappointed me. Had to throw the lettuce away because it was served this brown. It was very slow in the restaurant and I took it to go. Unfortunately I was already 10 miles away when I discovered it was this bad. Don’t mind paying a little more than the other guy’s sandwich, but this isn’t up to par. Am I gonna have to start unwrapping my sandwich for inspection before I leave the restaurant?

Freaky Fast is the exact opposite of what this location delivers. On almost every occasion the order takes 30-45 minutes for a pickup order. Tonight our delivery order was placed at 6:30 and delivered at 8:24. Nearly 2 hours. For sandwiches.
Additionally, when you place an order in the app and request ASAP for the timeframe, it gives no indication of when the order will be ready until after the order is placed. There is so much room for improvement from this location.

I tried, and honestly, I tried to like this location(drive-thru). They have gotten the order wrong 3 times in a row now. Wrong chips and wrong sizes, forget to add or remove. The orders are quite simple(all freebies, please), and they get it wrong. They also don’t review. Just tell you the price and move along. Last time before this, I parked my car, reviewed the items, and had to go back in because they gave me the wrong sandwich. This time, they got the chips wrong and 3 sandwhiches wrong.
It’s either a lack of training or care. Maybe both.

We haven’t gone to Jimmy John’s in a while because they constantly get out order wrong; this time was no exception. The guy at the counter looked like he didn’t want to be there, never greeted me, and barely spoke loud enough to be heard over the blaring music. I had to ask him “do you work here?” before ordering. He put in my order incorrectly, charged me for more sandwiches than I ordered, and the sandwich guys gave me the wrong sandwiches, so I had to make another trip back to the restaurant to get it fixed. Luckily, the guy working the counter was gone, and the other three that were working were very apologetic and got the order fixed. Although they were helpful after the fact, it’s just not worth it to go here knowing something wrong will inevitably happen.
