I find it ridiculous that you are forced to give a tip when paying for your meal with a credit card. There was no option for no tip.. Maybe pay your employees a fair wage instead of relying on your patrons to make up the difference. A real big turn off!

Great experience. Grabbed lunch here today, place was not busy when we got there. Order was very quick and bread was fresh. The store was very clean and organized. The place has a good selection of sandwiches and chips. The drink selection is average, only have coke products and no brewed iced tea option. Prices are a little on the high side for the sandwiches offered but are good. It did not appear they offered a combo option. It’s a better option than subway and is cheaper than Jersey Mike’s. Would go again if I am looking for a quick bite that is not a burger joint.

Had a coupon for a $3.99 regular sandwich that I redeemed today and it really hit the spot! I got the turkey and tomato sandwich with cucumbers, extra tomatoes, onions and (of course) jimmy peppers which are my favorite

What used to be Freaky Fast is now Surprisingly Slow. I can’t believe how long it takes to get a sandwich now. It’s not because of being understaffed either, they had more employees in the building than customers. And only us in the drive through. The sandwiches are still good, you just have to wait much longer than previously.

Sandwich was good but the delivery was extremely slow. I live under a mile from the store, food ordered at 1:19 pm, out for delivery at 1:24 pm, delivered at 2:00 pm! I understand a driver may have multiple deliveries but 36 minutes is crazy slow. That’s like, ice melts in your fountain drink slow.

The girl working the drive through was rude and sounded annoyed that we were even there. She made us repeat our first order 3 times and they still forgot the chips. I understand that the speaker is sometimes bad and I would have looked past it if she hadn’t been rude. She didn’t even say anything to us at the window. Just felt weird about the whole situation. Plus the drive through took a pretty long time for 2 sandwiches.

I sat in the drive-thru for 12 minutes in one spot. When the guy finally asked for my order, I let him know that it took so long that I missed my daughter’s school lunch so I wasn’t going to order. His response was “okay”.

I love this place for sandwiches. They are nice and try to get your order right. They put my extra veggies in a cup since they were for my 14 month old son. I never told them that but they did it anyway. You made my son so happy. He loves his cucumber and tomatoes.

2 good things and 2 bad. Good-#1the sandwiches are always good for the wife and kids. #2-the employees are always great. Bad-#1 how is it that I bring a Slim 1 and a #16 home and I have to figure out which is which? Shouldn’t a sandwich with actual stuff on it be bigger? #2 why can’t I get vinegar on the side? I’ve been told it can be done but if I order it through the app or drive thru, I’m told it can’t be done.
