Great service for being a new place! I loved the zesty garden sandwich. The breadcrumbs on top were a nice touch. Fire Roasted tomatoes were awesome as well. Probably the best sandwich i have ever had. Our sandwiches were made super fast also, so that was nice. The water tasted fresh too. So glad they came to Seward. I will be downloading the rewards app!

Brought in 25 student athletes with no warning. Staff was very accommodating and the meals were prepared quickly – and the sandwiches and wraps we’re excellent.

The the 10 had very little on it. My wife’s sandwich not much on it at all.The manager got ahold of us and it was like talking to wall.. I have not problems with any other Jimmy John’s.

I just went to the Seward JJ at 11:00 a.m. and received above and beyond absolutely outstanding service both quality AND freaky fast from the pleasant and friendly girl at the drive through window. I wish I got her name, but she was very friendly/smiley, and and colorful nails. She deserves a raise from whatever she currently makes. The food is good, but she makes me want to come back because even though we’re strangers she treats me as if we’re good friends, and that’s a special quality. Keep being awesome!

Placed my order at 1252 to be delivered by 145 and was roughly 1 mile away from the store. I called at approximately 150 to be told that they had just started to make the sandwich and received my order at 205. On top of that my sandwich wasnt even made correctly. Explain why or how that was to hard to accomplish.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had Jimmy John’s and used to always think their sandwiches tasted bland, but not this time! The spicy East Coast Italian was good and had a little bit of kick to it when red pepper flakes and crispy jalapenos were added to it and a little Dijon mustard.

Terrible delivery experience. 45 minutes to receive delivery. Then when it got here, both orders were wrong. This is the 4th time in a row that we’ve experienced extensive delays in delivery and/or the order arriving wrong. Terribly disappointed.
