I have been a lover of Jimmy John’s my entire life. I have eaten at restaurants across the country and stopped by this location on my way back to Iowa a couple of weekends ago. The employee I interacted with was a high schooler named Alex. He was kind, thorough, and extremely efficient. I am guessing he has worked there awhile, because he seemed very comfortable with what he was doing. I have never left a review online, but I felt like this employee deserved kudos. The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. The inside of the restaurant was immaculate and the employees were working like a well-oiled machine. I will definitely stop by this location the next time I am in Omaha!

Horrible service. Waited in line for 25 minutes for one wrap. They put way too much sauce on it when i asked for a little amount, a truly comical amount. It was practically soaking. Manager was no help and acted all mad when i asked for a replacement and said they can’t do replacements even though that is a blatant lie. They also drew obscene images on the bag. Would not recommend this location at all.

It seems like every time I go to this jimmy johns, or get something delivered, I am treated as if I am an inconvenience to them. Every time I order from any other Jimmy Johns they treat me with respect and if I ask for a water cup they give it to me. Today, I was working by myself and i really needed a water. I put in the instructions to bring me a water cup (as i normally do) and they bring one. Today, the guy drops it off and says there a button for it online and leaves. I should not have tipped this guy at all. WAY TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Jimmy Johns is so convenient to order from when you can’t leave work. I placed an order today using their app. When I bit into the sandwich I found a hair (yuk). I immediately called the 114th store and he said he would deliver a new sandwich. Not only did he send a new sandwich, he duplicated my order and even added a bag of chips. I wasn’t expecting that but felt like he went above and beyond to satisfy his customer. Thank you!!
