Sat in the drive thru for about 7 mins before going inside thinking it would be faster… waited about 5 mins before anyone took my order… a 4 with extra tomatoes, a 9, and a 12 all cut in half…
They were working non stop, and seemed to be doing ok it just wasn’t making a difference. We got our food, no napkins, nothing cut in half, which makes it hard to eat in the car, but everyone ate and I guess that’s what matters. We will be back, hopefully they will be a bit faster next time.

Ordered an order for pickup and got there and it was good. Went to ask for some extra ranch and the guy at the register was nasty about it. I understand you are busy around lunch time, but it’s not right to make smart remarks or act smart behind the counter. Will not be going back to this location. Never had any issues at any other Jimmy John locations.

I’ve ordered delivery, dined in, as well as have done curbside pickup from this JJ’s, and it has always been excellent. For less than $9 for one of their regular sandwiches, the #8, the Billy Club, I was full. The sandwich weighed in at 13.5 ounces before I could barely finish it. I was full. The picture does not due it justice as you can’t see the full load of meat they stacked this thing with too. Outstanding deli sandwich for the money in my opinion for this area.

Ordered 2 sandwiches with a few changes. Extra mayo, cut in half. Sandwiches were not cut in half and the extra mayo was one packet in the bag. We had the same kind of issues with different locations.

They made me the cheaper tuna sandwich without cheese and with less tuna, charged me for the more expensive one (which I ordered), and charged me for kickin ranch that wasn’t included.

I bit into my sandwich and almost lost a tooth. The bread was so hard. It’s as if I was served days old bread. They sent out another one but my appetite was completely gone after tasting that stale bread.
Second review:
Not sure what’s wrong with this location but they can’t seem to put a sandwich together as ordered. I asked for lite lettuce and they gave me a whole head of lettuce on my sandwich. On a positive note at least the breads not stale this time.

Came back recently. Drive thru was wrapped around the building and a car would move once every 5-10 minutes. Ive been waiting for about 20 mins and I haven’t ordered. Staff up people!!! It’s summer!
Update #2: Tried it again hoping last time was just a bad day. Nope. There was nobody in line and the drive thru lady said please wait a moment. 7-8 minutes go by and the cars start piling up behind me. Nobody was in the store. Pull up to the window and waited and waited and waited (1 wrap is all I got) There’s something off about this place, not coming back.

Only JJ I have been that was dirty. Terrible customer service with seemingly oblivious staff. Even had an employee nudge me away from the soda machine while i was using it. I will never return to this location.
