I have come to this JJ for years. Recently, it has taken 10-20 minutes to get my food. It doesn’t matter if I do the drive thru, inside, or online order for pick up. I come on different days and at different times. It seriously doesn’t matter. What the heck is happening !?

The food is consistent, but the experience is awful! Freaky Fast is a thing of the past, with this spot(no matter the time of day) if i’m the only person, or one of three people!
Also, if i order 2 sandwiches + chips, put it in a bag! stop handing me my drink and 4 items!

Everyone in the city of Gretna had the same idea for lunch today. I have never seen a longer line or more people inside. I placed my order online ahead of time. It wasn’t ready on the shelf when I came in, so I asked if I could add a drink to my order while I waited. Everyone behind the counter was working with incredible speed and great attitudes. A lot of times in a rush staff can become edgy understandably everyone working today was super kind and apologetic for the wait and was working at lightning speed great team

this used to bethe Slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. But keep going here multiple times hoping it wouldn’t be the same. But we wait almost 30 minutes every time. The people just stand around. But as of the last month or so, it seems like they are getting fast again. So I have changed my review. I hope it keeps up

Extremely disappointed in this location. Got the Turkey Tom and literally had ONE PIECE of turkey on my sandwich. For a $7, I would think you get more than a salad with a slice of turkey on bread. Drive the extra miles and go to a different location

This was my first time trying Jimmy John’s and I feel like I missed out!
I customized my order: Roast Beef, Lettuce (xxxxtra lettuce), Jimmy’s Mustard, Onion, Oregano & Basil.
That beef was so perfect!
I’d usually be afraid of overly salty meats but this was definitely not at all salty. Really just the right amount.
That mustard was also quite distinct and good too.
I also asked for extra lettuce (on the side too) and they were happy to give me some.
Only wish they had an option to toast the subs and make them hot!
My fiancé got the Vito(Salami, Capicola, Provolone) and his parents the Veggie without Avocado.
All subs were nice and fresh.
Parents really are a fan of that veggie one!

Don’t do mobile orders!! Food was just ok, but the store experience isn’t good. If you are planning on doing a mobile order to save time, it does no good. Placed a mobile pick up order , got there told to stand in the order line, once your turn they then stat to make it. So instead of being ready over our 20 minute drive, stood in line to tell them to start it and another 15 minutes waiting for 3 simple sandwiches.

Unfortunately the Gretna Nebraska location has gotten slower and slower with a drive through line backed up even after 12:30. Nothing freaky fast about this location now. The service is friendly but if I’m waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I’ll go to Hyvee and start making my own sandwiches to save money and time.

I order a turkey Tom. Picture #1 and there is two little slices of tomatos in it I though it was turkey tomato sandwich but not at all. Picture #2 is the number 12 and again look at the tomatoes they put in the sandwich for almost $10 for sandwich this is very disappointing.
