Jimmy John’s is a sandwich shop that speaks for itself. The service is fast. Sandwich was finished by the time I came out of the bathroom from washing my hands. The bread is fresh. The meat is not spoiled. Though they don’t have Grey Poupon anymore, the sandwich didn’t suffer for it. The veggies was in good order. The staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Nothing on the floor. No bugs in the air or on the walls. Not in the food either. Two thumbs up!

We eat Jimmy John’s regularly! Always good food! Mostly good customer service! If your picking up your order always check it like most places these days! The kickin ranch sauce is fantastic!! The one time they forgot to put it in the bag they brought it to us and included extra! Nice rewards program!

I always order delivery to my work and everyone that has delivered my food is always super nice and friendly. This is always my go to place when i want to eat out for lunch. Also the kicken ranch is amazing and im not normally a person for spicey.

Normally have a better experience at this place but today we walked in and the worker named Briana was suppose to be taking our order was on a personal call, we waited about 5 minutes patiently but then she looked at us while still on her phone call and just ignored us while continuing to gab away. Finally just left. Poor customer service.. do better briana!!!! Makes jimmy John’s look bad!

Tried to place an order for delivery, exactly 2.4 miles away and was told they couldn’t deliver that far. The manager told me it wasn’t a matter of order size, but that corporate regulations prohibit them going that far. The day before, their delivery driver got lost in our parking lot trying to find the business next door. We directed him there, but the following day couldn’t order for ourselves. Extremely poor professionalism and bad business policy. We will definitely not support this business and encourage others to do the same!

Service was fast and friendly. Only two people working, so for the staffing things were fine. Could have been faster with an additional person working. Ran out of pickles on my order, but they grabbed more from the back and brought it out to me in minutes. Good experience and food was to standard.
