This Jimmy John’s has it together!! We ordered online and our sandwiches were ready when we arrived. They also had a person cleaning the tables, mopping the floor and taking out the trash—something I’ve never seen before at a Jimmy John’s!! We go a lot in Wichita and always wonder why they can’t get their act together. Thank you, Hays, KS for delivering!

Great place to snag a quick lunch. Clean and we’ll staffed. I can honestly say I have never worried about getting a bad sandwich here but if I did they would fix it immediately. Some other Hays restraunts could learn a couple things from these guys.

Food came out from a kid with hickeys all over his neck. I was eating my sandwich and found a hair on it. While l try to eat my sandwich the meat bulges out of it. It won’t stay in my sandwich to save its damn life. Manager was nice about it but severely disappointed with hickeys and bulging meat.
