Every time ive visited yalls establishment its hit or miss, last time i got a sandwich it was delicious. Today i ordered the same thing i always order a number 2 extra lettuce extra mayo no tomato and the sandwich came with cucumbers. The sandwich has never came with cucumbers i double checked my order and sure didnt order cucumbers. I try to support yalls buisness but its gettin hard to with the inconsistencys

This is THE Jimmy John’s of all Jimmy John’s. We stopped in after the First Friday Art Walk and it was a great decision. Walking into this place feels like stepping into the movie Empire Records but with ridiculously amazing sandwiches. The staff was super fun, friendly and knew everyone by name. The food was… well… it’s quite possibly the best sandwich I’ve had in the past five years. Five stars all around.

Went for lunch today and was really disappointed. The guy at the register was fine but the young lady making the sandwiches was very snippy and seemed like she didn’t want us there. Took forever for sandwiches to come out and we could see them being made with absolutely zero sense of urgency. Heard other customers comment on her attitude as they walked past us with to-go orders. Our sandwiches ranged from bad to ok. My toasted chicken and bacon had one tiny strip of bacon and a thin, soggy line of minced chicken that seemed to have been added along the bread cut after the sandwich had already been closed. Inside was mostly lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and a watery white juice I think came from the chicken??

First off, I asked to have my sub toasted. I was told, “No, we cannot toast that sub for you. You must order a different sub to get it toasted.” Okay. Well, that’s not good customer service. Every other place will toast whatever sandwich I ask to have toasted. The sub was pretty small for the price although it did taste good. The root beer was not root beer. It was just soda water. Too bad I was already about ten miles away. I hadn’t been to a Jimmy John’s in a long time. I guess it will be a long time again, if ever, before I try another Jimmy John’s.

Don’t bother. Order delivery. Wait an hour. Check the app. Says delivered. Call to check up. Told we passed it off to a third party app so can’t help you. Wild considering the $5 delivery fee and tip. Three days to get the charge back. A simple offer to redo the order would’ve been cool. Lost a customer.

Snafu on the 1st order but got it correct on the 2nd. I’ve seen the website change my order a couple of times now. Not just this location so double check before you finalize the order.
My 1 complaint is it seems that the store managers are okay with serving the customers old lettuce on their sandwiches. One would not put it on a salad so why the sandwiches? Save a buck at the expense of the franchises reputation? I’ve seen other franchises chase this with poor results.

I understand that it is Unbound weekend so they are busy but when I called I was told that they were completing the online orders but didn’t have time to send the confirmation emails. It’s 9pm and the order was placed an hour and a half ago. When were they planning on sending the confirmation emails? After they close? I asked that question to the girl on the phone and she had no answer for me. Glad my card gets charged and they don’t care to give their customers ANY updates. Turn off your online orders if you can’t keep up with the demand. Also they close earlier than midnight on the Saturday of Unbound but this is not updated on their hours at all. All and all, horrible communication on their part.

This place has went significantly downhill. I would place mobile orders for lunch from here a couple times a week and food was always ready in a timely manner and was good enough. Now, you wait for the entirety of your lunch break, have to pretty much beg for the workers to take a break from talking with the other employees to ask for an update on your meal you’ve been waiting forever for. Oh, and the women’s bathroom toilet is covered in mold.
