Went in around 3:19 pm Today. Natalie and Camilla are not customer friendly. Upon ordering I asked her not to dig the bread out, she gets upset , so I asked for my money back. They proceeded with a have a good day after slamming the draw and talking recklessly to a customer who no longer will be visiting this restaurant anymore. Mind you I come here often. Then she proceeded to come outside and take pictures of me and my car because I said I’m reporting you both for bad customer service. Who does this . Coming out to my car made me come back in and take pictures. I hope their cooperate office sees this and address this situation.

It is all about their signature bread which is so delicious. There is lots of tuna with just simple dressing which I love. Top the sandwich with the Jimmy John’s Kicking Ranch Sauce and this for me is the best tasting tuna sandwich so far. Service is very fast and staff is very friendly. For the meat lovers, they have sandwiches that suit your tastebuds.

Very disappointed. Please didn’t order on the app. Everything went through correctly. 45 minutes go by and I called the store and they tell me the order hasn’t been placed because I selected to you use cash. They don’t have a delivery driver on staff and are using a third party. This would be okay but they should have called me and let me know, now it’s been over an hour and I have nothing to eat.

I ordered the Toasted ultimate Italian they put hot hot peppers. It didn’t say it on the menu. I would not have that way too hot.
The bottom of the bun was a little over baked

Turkey sandwich didn’t have much meat. They were out of olives. We asked for cheese, but didn’t get any. Not a lot of value for an $8 sandwich.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this Jimmy John’s earned it today. The drive-thru employee was rude, argumentative, and clearly more interested in power-tripping over condiments than doing his actual job.
To top it off, they forgot one of the sandwiches—so after the attitude, I still didn’t even get what I paid for.
Friendly reminder: you’re working an hourly job at Jimmy John’s, not negotiating international treaties. If making sandwiches with basic courtesy is too much, it might be time to reassess things.
I’ll take my business somewhere that values customers and gets the order right

Literally every time I go through the drive thru, which is not often, my order is wrong, I mean everytime. Simple order–the meat and cheese with lettuce the oil/vinegar seasoning and pickles–that’s all. I reiterate each time—that’s all I want on the sandwich. Never happens. I’m done.
