This was our first visit ever to a JJ! It was okay! The bread was ok, and the selection of toppings was limited and unexpected! The facility was nice and clean and the staff wasn’t the most helpful being a first time customer. I know what to expect now so I’ll give them another try later down the road! Everything tasted good and fresh! We ate in to get a feel of the restaurant chain and measure their atmosphere!

I don’t know his name but the dude with the long, blonde hair who takes orders is so rude. (My receipt says checker# 650) We went last July and he interrupted all of us. We went yesterday and he interrupted me several times with “AS I SAID”. It’s just so off-putting. I wont go back since the couple times I have been he’ s just ticked me off with his unfriendly and know it all attitude. I’m just a girl trying to order a sandwich, not deal with a jerk of a guy who doesn’t let me finish talking.

Braelyn is the man! He was incredibly polite throughout the whole experience and made sure my sandwich was top notch with his recommendations. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at Jimmy John’s. Great customer service and a super friendly attitude definitely coming back!

Got a #2 slim. The bread – the literal thing that defines your brand, was hard. Like it had sat out for hours. First and last time i get food from there. Do better.
