Won’t be ordering from this location again.
I called to ask about my husband’s burnt sandwich, as it came hard and burnt edges, plus broken from being cooked so much. I was told if bread comes out of sandwich it can happen. My other two childrens has their bread removed and was not burnt. I requested the bread on side. Guts on side. Was not provided and a note in my order I threw the guts away out of habit sorry. This is why I wanted the guts out. I called the store and was told nothing they can do, that I call back tomorrow and speak to the GM. Also my sandwich has crushed or something on the meat.
I’ve worked at sandwich shops before, this would not have went out the door.
Added. I contacted the store and they could not give me a refund saying cooperate won’t allow that. I don’t believe that. They offered 15.00 in store credit or a free sandwich delivery. I asked for a giant as that would be close. I was told just a regular sandwhich. I emailed over exactly what we wanted and guess what, they still messed ot up. I said no oil or mayo. There was both. My husband gets sick when he has oils and spreads so he couldn’t eat it. Staff rude, they don’t make food right. Don’t waste your time here.

My pregnancy cravings had my husband driving 30 minutes there and back, and I wish I would have just driven the 5 minutes to Subway. I was so disappointed in not just the service, but the food too that I couldn’t even eat it. I left feedback already, but I will NEVER return to this location.

Stopped in after a long week and felt like something healthier than the norm. I got a Cuban and everything was super fresh and flavorful. Just plain tastes fresher than subway.

went here last night at 11:25 and the guy working counter said he was unable to make anything in the ovens because he turned them off. 35 min til close and the ovens were turned off, and poor customer service from him as well

I get Jimmy John’s a good amount, and even have the app/rewards. I ordered on a very busy Friday night, and expected that it would take longer than usual for delivery. I got the notification on my app that my order was out for delivery, but an. hour goes by and I hadn’t heard anything. I call the store, and the manager was very nice and stated that they were slammed and she was having a hard time keeping the delivery driver motivated. I was understanding, having had worked in the food industry for a long time. She then told me that the driver just left and would be there soon. Keep in mind I live about 5 minutes from the store. Another hour goes by, and I don’t hear anything. At this point, I am irritated and no longer want my food and just want a refund. I call the store back to tell them, and definitely did not speak to the same woman as before. The employee I spoke to was very rude, stating that I probably placed it to the wrong store, because she did not have my name anywhere. When I told her that I was sure it was the downtown location, she then came back at me, saying “Well I’m looking at my computer screen and I do not see your name.” I just hung up on her because I was already in a bad mood and had a bad day, I did not want to say anything rude back to her. I had a friend call the store back for me, and she was able to get me a refund. When my friend tried to blame it on someone stealing my food, the employee told her that the driver “set it on the stoop”. I got outside and my food is sitting out on the front porch of my apartment, not even right by my door. Who knows how long it had been sitting there!! I always leave a note on my deliveries to have the drivers call me when they are here, and not once did I get a phone call. I never even heard a knock on my door. I try to be understanding with food industry workers because I have dealt with a lot. But this was so incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Was cussed out by the “manager” refused to give name but had zero customers. Instead said the order was 15mins behind due to it being busy. Not busy. Extremely rude will never be back and will file video evidence with corporate.

The store on walnut st downtown springfield has the worst customer service. I was treated with no respect. Then the manager asked me how many sandwiches I wanted, I responded four. She said good because that’s all the bread we have. I thought are you serious this is a sub sandwich shop isn’t it. Got back to work and the bread was so hard two of the employees couldn’t eat there’s and ended up throwing them in the trash. I took and threw my bread in the trash just so I could eat the meat and cheese. And to top it off she (aka manager) got the order wrong and when I called the store and told her about the mistakes she told me it was my fault. I will never be back. Very rude customer services. I will let others know of the Terrible service and to stay away from that store.
