Ordered my food while at work while I had my first opportunity to eat for the day. An hour and a half later I close my store to go home and nothing. No food, no phone call. Nothing. I will never be ordering Jimmy Johns again as this has been a consistent experience. Also tried calling the store and recieved no answer at any time.

Placed an order on the app at the other location, they “transferred” my order to this location. And then NEVER delivered my food. And when I called 1 and 2 hours later. They wanted to charge me again. Had to call multiple times for them to figure it out. And they made me call the other store to tell them what was going on. Instead of contacting their other location. Beyond unsatisfactory experience. And very unprofessional.

I once had a very testy exchange with a manager when someone at this Jimmy John’s messed up one of my orders. Fortunately, that only happened once and it was 4 years ago. The vast majority of my orders have been trouble-free and the food and service have almost always been top notch.

This place is usually solid and I come for lunch breaks pretty frequently due to the conveniences of efficiency and location. I placed an order for carry out for a bootlegger with onion and no tomato – received a plain turkey sandwich with lettuce (missing roast beef and onion). So I go back to swap it out, asking for the same sandwich I originally order (stating again no tomato at the register), and receive it with tomatoes this time around. I wouldn’t have posted this complaint, but it was delivered with the quickest “here you go sorry about that” I’ve ever received and the order was still incorrect the second go around.

I CAN SAY THIS CONFIDENTLY. In the 6 years I have been ordering from these folks…..I have NEVER had one incorrect order!! Many times, I ordered and the delivery driver was AT my place within 7 minutes!! IT WAS CRAZY fast. I would say THAT in and of itself, is the only recommendation you should take to heart. Every order was UNIFORMLY the same. …….UNLIKE any Dominos…ever! I consider these folks RELIABLE. Kinda a rare thing these days.
