We ordered 2 sandwiches and added mashed avocado side cup, which was $3.00. This is the size of the $3.00 mashed avocado and the BLT had cold bacon on it. It was not crisp and had not been heated up, I had to cook it before eating. WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN

Staff is awful. They dont acknowledge customers when they walk in the door. Took 20 + mins for them to make 2 sandwiches. Called the store to complain. “Debbie” said she was the manager and blamed me – the customer for not telling them why I was there. I placed a pick up order. My order wasnt even correct when I left. I was the only person in the store- why else would I be at a Jimmy Johns? The employees could care less about the customers. Don’t go to the Harrisonville, MO store.

Jimmy John’s, you are canceled, in our family at least. We went to get sandwiches today while traveling, I was giving the lady our order, I ordered my daughter’s sandwich first, it’s just salami and cheese, super easy. Then I told her which sandwich I would like, she says, “Do you want cheese on that?” I know my face gave her a super confused look, I’ve never been asked if I want cheese on a Jimmy John’s sandwich before. I say, “Yes, please.” In my head I’m like, “What? Why is she asking if I want cheese? Do people not want cheese on their sandwich?” I order the next sandwich, same thing… “Do you want cheese on that?” I’m kind of getting annoyed at this point, what do you mean do I want cheese? Of course I want cheese. In my head I’m really trying to reason this cheese thing, I’m thinking, “Maybe people just really don’t like cheese.” I say, “Yes, please.” Last sandwich, same thing. I think I rolled my eyes, but mustered a, “Yes”. I get my receipt and y’all they charged $1.99 PER SANDWICH for paper thin cheese! I thought this economy was nuts, but this is highway robbery! We got the smaller sized sandwiches too! What sandwiches don’t come with cheese!?!? $41 for 3 regular sandwiches, 1 “Little John” and 1 bag of chips… you gotta be kidding me!

About one in eight orders is correct whether it is delivery, take out or dine in. Staff is typically rude and impatient when addressing issues brought to attention and most of the time with delivery orders I’m told there’s nothing they can do. And that’s after delivery takes about 45 mins.

Last night my daughter and I went in and got a 30 pack party box. Victor went above and beyond to help tell me how the party packs work, because I had never ordered it before. Victor was very patient with us and deciding on what options we were going to get. Also Victor never once got a attitude with what he had to make for our party box. Victor made our late night experience great! And I am so thankful for him and what he did!

Would love to order from here again considering the limited delivery options in the area, I ordered here all of the time years ago. But then one time I got incredibly horrible food poisoning and I talked to corporate, they said that the owner would get in touch with me and never did. Wasn’t looking for a refund of my $4 sandwich lol but some acknowledgement of the situation would have been nice. If they cared so little about my food poisoning, doubt much has changed. Probably people still getting food poisoning all of the time. Not worth your health.
