We ordered delivery. They didn’t call, text, or ring the doorbell. I had the app open while waiting for our delivery. It didn’t update. The delivery driver said they knocked but they also said they were at our house “10 mins ago” which according to our cameras it was 40 mins ago. The bread is stale and the food was left outside in the hot August sun for about a half hour. I called the store for a refund on a least one (of the 3) sandwich bc we can’t eat this food. The person who answered said they were the delivery driver and were
rude. They repeated ” I don’t think there is anything I can do to help you” and hung up on me as I asked for a manager. I tipped 20% before we got the food bc the app asks you to. As someone who has worked in food and service for over 20 years I didn’t want someone working their butt off to be shorted on their tip. I know the hustle is real. I’m still doing it. I always tip especially with how little I’m just fast food employees make. Kindness goes a long way. Don’t go here, don’t order here. Try Mr. Goodcents or Picklemens instead

Issues every time. No names or labels on 12-14 sandwich order even though we diligently specify names (that was not fun). Another time the order took about 2 hours to arrive. And today (small order) my sandwich was…really really crispy. Top of sandwich was so hard it is inedible. I wouldn’t have sent this out for someone else to eat. Every time we order from this Roanoke location to the office, there’s a new complaint with the quality, care, accuracy, etc. I have tried with this location, but I’m giving Jimmy Johns up for a while.

There was an issue with my order that was
completely out of the stores control. One of the employees called me, was kind, and apologized profusely. I don’t need multiple apologies because I’m not a crazy person lol… I speak for myself though because there are so many of you out there! Anyway you could tell that they cared. I’ve literally never had a problem with this location but when this issue did arise, I didn’t receive the “idgaf and get over it” attitude. I don’t remember your name but thank you

One of the employees is always outside at the back of the business smoking weed , her name is Cassie, and she uses the bathroom and doesn’t wash her hand, I actually got very sick after she made a sandwich for me. I believe employees should not be doing drugs while at work and she needs better hygiene habits
And when I told her that I don’t want her to make my sandwich anymore she tells me I’m banned from entering the Jimmy John’s located at 4300 Roanoke Pkwy. And threatened to call the police on a paying customer. I will continue to go there until I am served with a no trespassing complaint. This women needs to be suspended for her outrageous behavior and poor hygiene skills.

Staff was trying to get us to leave so they could close the doors early and wait to clock out. We were finishing our dinner and we were about done and they informed us that they would be closing in 30 minutes. I was done and my wife had a couple of bits left. Store was also very unkept and dirty. Not my Jimmy John’s standard.
