Went for lunch on a busy Saturday. Had to go through the register twice as food was missed on the first order. 2nd order never came, after 20 minutes I asked where the sandwich was and staff called me rude because I didn’t call the sandwich by the name on their sign. Much of this could have been averted if you got receipts before your food or if the register displayed total amounts. Really no reason to return to this particular location again. There’s plenty of other Jimmy John’s who don’t treat their customers like garbage.

Asked for extra Guacamole. Nope. My sandwich was at the other end of the store. Been sitting there for a bit. Never heard anyone say it was done. I dont go inside so I was unaware of their process. Go pick it up, you get to carry ur brownie, chips, sandwich and drink without a bag. Hands full. Didn’t get to grab napkins. They were fully staffed at 12:30 which is amazing for Hannibal. Just lack of communication with customers and not paying attention to order details. Need bags to put items in. The prices of the sandwiches are not on the overhead menu.

Our sandwiches were very good! But everyone working was so rude. Not one worker at least 6 (all guys) said please or thank you! The credit card system wasn’t working but the guy kept ringing customers up on the broken register! I just didn’t understand what was going on. Very, very rude people!!!

Ordered online, for “freaky fast” it was the slowest I’ve ever seen. Took nearly 1.5 hours to receive our food. Called the store after about 40 minutes of being out for delivery and was (very rudely) informed that the driver had two other orders to deliver as well, fine but still should be done in a bit more of a timely manner considering it took an hour alone just for the delivery. Finally receive our food, the bread is hard as can be, sandwiches are thrown together. No straws for our barely 3/4 of the way full drinks. This overall has to be the worst jimmy johns experience I’ve ever had.

This is obsurd we order online tonight not exaggerated at 530 and it is now 8 pm driver never showed called multiple times with where abouts after 2 hours and still no food talked with the manager and apparently no issues to resolve this issue in any way. Until we said we will not wait a week for our reimbursement. That they need to remake our food and we will pick it up. It is 4 min from us at our Airbnb unbelievable unprofessional 1 star only to give the review. 0 stars what a shame

Our usual stop when going through Hannibal. I was really disappointed/disgusted to notice the mold on and in the ice maker. The ice had flecks of black, when I looked at the dispenser I saw where it was coming from. The employees were pleasant and the sandwiches came out quickly as usual and made well. I really hope the lack of cleanliness stopped at the ice maker.

Update: I went back a couple weeks later and they redeemed themselves. Sandwich making varies by the person, so it may have been the girl making it this time, but she did fantastically. Hopefully this keeps up!

The staff there were all but clueless on the prices. I did not get what I ordered. The place was virtually empty, so they should have gotten my order done correctly or have been able to answer questions about pricing, etc. We are talking sandwiches here.

Ordered #12 unwich & #10 hunters club at 5:46 pm. Very disappointed with sandwiches. Lettuce for unwich was brown and extremely loosely wrapped. Difficult to eat and made a mess. Roast beef on hunter’s club was thin and sparingly added. The restaurant wasn’t clean and had loud, unpleasant music playing. And why aren’t you give a bag for your sandwiches? You have to pick up your own and put sandwiches in. Going back to Subway for polite staff, clean work areas & restaurant and better quality food. Used to really like Jimmy John’s, but not after tonight.
