On a long drive and this was the best place we had stopped. Vibes are immaculate, the guys working are the sweetest most down to earth people we have met in a very long time. We stopped kinda late and when I tell you I have never felt safer. Also the food is banging!! Can not say enough good things about this location specifically !!!!!

Service was ok. Atmosphere was ok with the exception of the annoying choice of obnoxious music they were playing. Food quality has gone downhill big time. The meat in my Vito was sliced so thin you could see through it and if I sneezed it would have blown a hole in it. The cheese was just as thin and nothing in the sandwich had any flavor because there really wasn’t anything to it. I have never had a sandwich like that there before and won’t return if this is your new standard and way of cutting back. Very disappointing!

Our usual stop when going through Hannibal. I was really disappointed/disgusted to notice the mold on and in the ice maker. The ice had flecks of black, when I looked at the dispenser I saw where it was coming from. The employees were pleasant and the sandwiches came out quickly as usual and made well. I really hope the lack of cleanliness stopped at the ice maker.

I always have a good experience at our local Jimmy John’s, but tonight I went thru the drive thru and ordered an Italian Nightclub. When I got to the window, they were very efficient but the most wholesome part of my experience was hearing someone in the kitchen complimenting the young gentleman on his wrap! It was perfect, the sandwich, napkins and receipt were all rolled up nicely together making for an efficient hand off. It is so refreshing to hear positivity and compliments happening amongst staff and I hope by posting this they will both be acknowledged! I went through July 12, 2025 between 8-8:15. Thank you for great service!

The lady who waited on me was super helpful. However, when she made my 2 sandwiches, she hallowed out the bread! Which made it inedible for my mother to eat because she has no teeth and the outer bread was too hard to chew and my sandwich was super Chewy and not enjoyable. I will stick to the one in Columbia, Mo. from now on. An unfortunate first-time experience.

Order food via app. Pull up to get the food. A little girl is playing on the drive thru headset. Decided didn’t have time to play games after we told her 4 times we had a mobile order and the name it was under. Get food. None of the sandwiches are labeled and there is multiple different sandwiches. Not having to open each sandwich just to figure out who sandwich belonged to who would’ve been nice! Learn to label and stop playing around with customers. Yall suck!

Can yall keep your ingredients at least somewhat fresh please… This location is trying to poison people. Both my sandwiches had brown fragments of lettuce, nasty end pieces of the tomato, and lack of consideration when building the sandwich. Im grateful they’ve been shorting me on the meat portion since that might’ve been another opportunity for food poisoning. Based off the previous reviews, it seems this staff is competing nationally for worst Jimmy Johns in America

Got my sandwich with 1 piece of roast beef half of my sandwich didn’t have meat. Our other sandwich was a wrap and the paper was wrapped into the sandwich.

Every time we go there we get bacon added to a number 1 and they forget to add the bacon of course we are charged for it. They forget the bacon every time whether I order or like today it was my wife who they messed up the order for. The sandwich is for my daughter and the poor girl is disappointed every time. Are we dumb for thinking it will change? Probably, maybe we should just stop going there!

Very quick service. Excellent food. But most of all exceptional staff!!! I was on a road trip and left my purse in a booth at the restaurant. The staff held my purse in a safe place until i could return the next day!!! Nothing was missing from my purse and I am so grateful to the staff at this Jimmy John’s. I can’t thank them enough!
