The “ultimate porker”, 16 inch sub comes with 6 thin slices of ham and 4 pieces of bacon.. This is listed on their specialty sandwiches which are supposed to have double the meat… Unacceptable considering this sandwich now costs $15.50dollars with no additions (they charge you $1 to add cheese…) So I ended u spending 16.84 for a a sandwich today. I won’t be going back to any Jimmy John’s restaurants. Gave 2 stars employees are friendly and I know it’s not their decision to make skimpy sandwiches

Placed an order for pickup and paid in advance. Got there, food was ready and the bag was stapled closed at the top. Got home, one of the sandwiches was a turkey instead of the tuna ordered. Mistake, get it. Called the manager and asked for a refund for the one sandwich which was refused. Store credit only. I will never order on line and pay in advance again from this establishment. Round trip 45 minutes during rush hour.. they should issue a refund for the inconvenience and wrong sandwich and they need retrain their staff. Low opinion, be aware and at the very least open the bag before you leave.

ordered food tonight from this location, at 8:45. They took my money and my order. Then, at 9:30 I called and asked to verify they were open, to which some guy answered the phone and said they were waiting on a 3rd party delivery. Come 9:45 and they closed or won’t answer phones, didn’t reach back out to ask if I just wanted a refund, and now they have my money with no services/food given to us.

The people here are rock stars! I desperately needed a very large order very quickly. First I was given a pick up time that was OK. About 20 minutes later I received a phone call that they would be able to accommodate me at my desired time! These people went above and beyond to help me out and it is truly appreciated!
