UPDATE: I did get a phonecall from JJ’s and they want to make it right and are sending me a gift card to give them another chance. I’m happy to see that some companies are pulling out of their handsoff post pandemic haze and getting back to their core metrics and focusing on customer service. Changing from 1 * to 3 *. I will change the overall to 4 stars once the card actually arrives. Let’s see if the comeback kid can actually come back!
I ordered delivery. The bread was hard on the bottom, the mayo was barely existent, the lettuce was browning and the meat certainly wasn’t as much as the picture showed, they forgot the onions and oil and vinegar that I ordered. The second sandwich was just as bad, we had to add our own mayo. I tipped through the app order and the person delivering still stood there looking at me like he expected another tip. The comeback kid is definitely out again! There’s no reason to return with expensive prices, cutting sandwich portions and poor sandwich execution by careless employees. I will be posting this review and the accompanying pictures of proof to the stores google map review as well. If you won’t save folks some money or atleast deliver on quality and expectation then I will!

This Jimmy John’s is usually decent, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I ordered the Ultimate Porker (ham and bacon) and paid extra for guacamole. They put so little on it that I literally couldn’t even taste it! Look at the picture. There is none hidden elsewhere – that is it.
But overall, it’s usually a decent location. It’s located in the corner of a parking lot that has two huge speed bumps and somewhat limited parking. There’s also no drive-thru.

Dont get the tuna!!! The tuna taste really sweet that is what was actually there. It was literally a smear of tuna. Subway and jimmy johns gives u way more without having to pay extra. It was almost non existent. I normally get the turkey i guess I will hustvstick to that from now on..

My husband and I are vegetarians so we are super easy and always get the veggie, it’s a simple sandwich just veggies, cheese and avocado spread we usually ask for extra veggies and oil and vinegar because it’s not the most exciting sandwich. But we got our $15 dollar sandwich today and realized there was little to no avocado spread on it so it was super dry, if there were extra veggies on it you couldn’t tell and we each had to put o our own dressings on it to make it edible. I don’t usually even write reviews but the manager emailed me and said she personally was on the line making it and it had the allotted amount on it. I eat the same sandwich everytime and all the other times it had a sufficient amount. I just want to get what I pay for. We have had multiple problems with this location anyway so I’m not surprised.

After a long day all I wanted was a Jimmy John’s sandwich on the way home. Went out of my way to go there. Walked in at 7:40pm at the END of the day. Ordered my sandwich which was $11 and then realized I only had $108 in my wallet $100 of it being a $100 bill. I was then told I could not pay with it. I get that it’s not ideal but it is legal money and it’s the end of the day. Surely they have a stack of $20’s in the register after a full day of selling sandwiches. Absolute joke and therefore will not be going back.

I placed an order for delivery through this Jimmy John’s. When I received the delivery, my drink was missing so I gave the store a call. I was told that the drink would be on its way. About five minutes later the delivery driver showed up with the drink and apologized, and then a minute after that I believe the person I talked to on the phone or the manager also stopped by with a drink and wanted to make sure that I received it. Not only was the food GREAT but the customer service was AMAZING!!! Thank you Jimmy John’s!

They were absolutely amazing! I had a long list of sandwiches to feed a group and they not only finished them “freaky fast”, but also labelled them all with the names of who got what sandwich. With a busy, stressful day they really helped!!

Usually pretty good but the last few visits I paid extra to add cheese and bacon to my sandwich and did not receive either one. They always manage to take items off if you request but keep skipping the items I paid extra for. Wish they would pay closer attention to the orders, it makes you feel ripped off when you pay for items and do not receive them. Makes it hard to want to go back.
