It took 1 hour for delivery. My job is less than 5 minutes away. I am highly disappointed and this is bad for business. Suggestion: shut down delivery service until you get enough drivers. If I owned a JJ, I would. Other than that, food was delicious as usual.

When you ask for “extra” hot peppers and only get 3 on the whole sandwich. This place is always a mess with delivery times taking forever but today they did give fair warning on their website which I genuinely appreciated… I hate that my options for lunch delivery are limited or I would really stop giving them my business.

I literally order from this location whenever I work my part time job on Saturdays and they have yet to get my order right. The never cut my sandwich in half as requested, they either forget to give me my soda or the give me the wrong soda I asked for diet coke and received a coke. They didnt put any oil and vinegar or onions on my sandwich and that actually comes on the sandwich. I never get napkins. But guess what I always do…..I tip…I understand that businesses are short staffed etc etc but this is just laziness and lack of care for your customers at this point do better JJ.

My bad for even trying one last time, but this location will never see me again. Whether on the phone, or this time in person just to see what halogens when ordering takes place, I find lackluster service staff with free interpersonal skills taking orders badly, and resulting in the same sandwich I order every single time being made badly once again. At least I was in the store so I could demand my immediate replacement, while the staff laughed openly at me, made excuses, and was unapologetic in any way. The female at the register was singularly unsuited for any job requiring a pleasant attitude or any social skills. And either she is hard of hearing or has no concern to get her job done correctly. But she clearly remains unmanaged by anyone concerned with performing well. I was at the store between 1:20 pm and 1:35 pm, 10/8. Only the regular very tall drive who’s name escapes me was in any way diligent or friendly, although I will say the actual sandwich wrapping person did well. I’ve had entire orders botched, deliveries that didn’t come and didn’t come and then were canceled but I was not informed had to request refund: twice just like that. I have a $30 credit I can’t ever use because nobody knows how that works. Pathetic. The brand of Jimmy Johns is now dead to me.

I agree with a previous review on here about the hot peppers. You ask for extra and they put MAYBE 4 on the entire sandwich. This location is skimpy on basically all toppings.
