I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience with a local Jimmy John’s location that has resulted in the loss of my business.

In late August 2025 (I believe August 27), I placed a large lunch order—over $200—for a scheduled, time-specific, in-office meeting with an important business client. Before leaving the store, I specifically asked the employee whether everything was included in the bag and was assured that it was.

Upon arriving at my client’s office, I discovered that numerous items were missing from the order. This was both embarrassing and disruptive, as I was forced to leave the client meeting to return to the store to retrieve the remaining items. While I did not request compensation, I was issued a $40 store credit for the inconvenience.

For context, I host in-office business lunches approximately 3–4 times per year and have consistently used this same Jimmy John’s location, typically spending over $200 per order.

In February 2026, when attempting to use a portion of the credit, the cashier informed me he could not locate it in the system, although he mentioned they were experiencing issues viewing other customers’ credits as well. He was professional, pleasant, and respectful throughout the interaction.

Unfortunately, my experience with the General Manager was the opposite. When I called the store to resolve the issue, she was dismissive and rude. She stated she could not find the credit and inaccurately claimed it was “a year old,” when in fact it had been just under six months. Although I initially could not locate my paper receipt, I accessed the full order details—including order number and receipt—through my online account. She refused to accept this documentation and was unwilling to work toward a solution.

The original mistake was inconvenient but understandable. What is far more disappointing is the unwillingness to correct the issue and the unprofessional manner in which it was handled. As a result, I will no longer use this Jimmy John’s location or any other for business lunches or personal purchases.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both operational accuracy and customer service standards.

I will start out positive about the older who made my sandwiches, he was outstanding and very clean and well put together. He made eye contact and was kind.
Now for the negative which why I gave negative review!. If it was not for the counter the young man with double rings would of fell over. His deep sigh while I was ordering made want to leave. I understand that is a Job to him but it is a reflection on your company..
The guy in the Red shirt didn’t seem to care either, since he was walking around on his cell phone.
I am older so maybe this shows my age since I have worked all my life and would not have did anybody this way.
I do realize people do have disabilities that are not visible so if that’s the case I do apologize however I believe that this is more laziness than a disability.

Got completely scammed. Do not go here.

I ordered a “Totally Tuna” and I would hate to see what they would have made me for the partially tuna if they had one. Got a single scoop on my sandwich and called them to sort out the misunderstanding. They said that to give me a refund, they had to get the manager in touch who was out of the store.

So basically, I paid $9, after taxes for a scoop of tuna and chewy bread.

Long story short, don’t waste your time here. Olive has many other good delis and sandwich places to choose from. Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one is because the employees were friendly.

Usually whenever I call up here, the store manager, Jeremy, takes my order. He’s always super friendly and will always ask if I want my usual extra peppers on my ultimate porker sandwich! I swear this guy never has a bad day! I love this location and I’ve enjoyed using them the last year!

“Wow, that’s a lot of meat!” I say sarcastically. Not only that, while on the second level we could not hear the knock at the door. We had to find out our food was left at our door unattended for an unknown amount of time through the app! Thanks for the great service!

This location is just plain bad. My last order took 10 minutes. This location used to have your food ready before you were done paying, just like almost every other location still does. They are working on delivery orders instead of taking care of the people standing there. When I got home to eat, the wrapper looked like a 2 year old did it. My Turkey Tom on Wheat had one piece of meat, a lot of mayo and 1/2 a slice of tomato and a dash of lettuce. I could have eaten the leftovers in the fridge and save $1200. I got a Coke out of the refrigerator and it was warm. Every time I go here I swear it is my last. Maybe they should open another sandwich station. Maybe this review will spark a reaction from Jimmy.

Ok, when you’re at a place that hands you a freshly made sandwich to order before you can finish paying…. That’s fast! And the nine grain bread is so soft and fresh. Toppings didn’t disappoint either for freshness and amount.

Eastern order at 3:34 PM it is 445. The order still has not shown up tried calling or contacting the store through online. Nobody answered the phone and there’s no way to contact them on the website.

I have never been to a Jimmy John’s with employees visibly moving as slow as possible. No one had any kind of sense of urgency. And to top it all off my food was wrong, the person offered to remake it, but I was already late from waiting, but he could have apologized. Instead he complained about the customer ahead of me, who was visually impaired and needed a little assistance, which he was rude towards, as well.
