Took over an hour to get sandwich. Had to call store and while on the phone I got a notification that a driver was picking up. Hard to believe it wasn’t forgotten about. This is a continual issue with this location.

We ordered both versions of the new picklewich. They are a pickle lovers dream sandwich. Both sandwiches are good and they use the good pickles. They are smaller than expected. Our favorite was the Vito. Basically, it’s like an inside-out pickle roll-up.

Asked for “extra kicking ranch” on my sandwich and the sandwich was literally dryer than the Sahara dessert. I continue to give this jimmy johns a chance because it’s close and convenient but the workers clearly don’t even try to read a ticket.

I don’t know what led me to choose Jimmy John’s, knowing their CEO is a problematic poacher and that their money goes to right-wing causes. Honestly, it was the only thing that fit my dietary restrictions on my errands route. Should’ve stayed hungry.

Apparently the county mask mandate is merely a suggestion at Jimmy John’s. Not even the person who took my order was wearing her mask. The person who gave me my order didn’t include it all until I reminded them. The tables were sticky, the booths were uncomfortably small, and the clientele…YIKES. I got stared down by two kids at the next table, for being, I don’t know, fat while eating?

They’re obviously known as a place that doesn’t enforce the county-wide mask mandate, judging on the number of people who just walked in without it. I regret my mediocre cold sandwich I could have made at home, and I regret sitting in this germ incubator while my money goes to causes I don’t support. You’re not you when you’re hungry.

So I never knew ordering a sandwich could be as fun as it was from here. From ordering to having a special request,my wife is diabetic, . So we had to have some customizations we also needed some information about carbohydrates Unfortunately they don’t have a nutrition list. But they pulled it up on their phones and just use Google in order to get us the information we needed so we can place an order and be confident that we were okay and safe for my wife above and beyond. Every single one of these people was extremely friendly!!! The manager even acknowledged us and very much made the experience even better what a friendly manager and an awesome dude! Antwan( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) you’ve got an amazing crew

Luckily there are zero stars they don’t even deserve one. My daughter ordered a turkey sandwich with no lettuce and tomato, and they sent her ham and turkey with lettuce tomato. Worse location, seriously, and based on the reviews, I see they are giving a bad reputation for jimmy johns as a merchandiser. Highly not recommend

This place has gone so downhill.
I placed an order at 1:23pm through the app. By 2:23pm I still didn’t have my food, so I called the store to check on it. The guy tells me that they couldn’t start the order because I didn’t pay with card, which is true, I selected “cash” because that’s an option on the app, and something I have done several times in the past.
Anyways, I pay over the phone with a card. My food finally shows up at 2:57pm via UberEats, because they don’t have their own drivers anymore apparently.

The most frustrating part of all of this is that I never got a phone call from them, saying that they couldn’t start the order without a credit card. If they had called right away (which they CAN do) and said that, I’d have paid right away and none of this would be a problem. But they didn’t, my order just would have sat there until the end of time. The guy I talked to on the phone couldn’t have cared less, no apology or anything.

I realize that franchise stores probably don’t have anything to do with corporate’s app, but at least call and explain situations to customers. That’s the bare minimum.

I’ve had a few problems with this location in the past, but this will be the last time I order from here. I don’t want a coupon or a free meal.
