So much for “freaky fast” this location is super slow. Waited over 30 minutes for sandwiches to be made…I honestly don’t know why i didn’t just freaking leave.
Editing my previous review because it won’t let me leave another 1 star review (how convenient). Another incident now. Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. We are over an hour into our order. Received no notification from the store but found out it was passed off to Uber for delivery. Have no idea where our order is. This will be the last time I patronize this location. I recommend anyone reading get any other food in Washington. This Jimmy John’s is absolutely awful.

Don’t ever order delivery from this location. They will 100% leave out at least one item on your order. Last time, they didn’t bring my soda. This time, two times in a row now, they didn’t bring my chips. Steer clear unless you can pick it up because otherwise you’re spending extra money for food you’re not going to get.

JUL2025-Well, 2 years ago I reviewed, so I tried them again. The $10 BLT was even lamer than a Subway sandwich. I didn’t think anyone was more stingy with their ingredients, but I was proven wrong………….. MAY2023Asked for a Little John Combo. In response to what kind of sandwich, the guy said they couldn’t do the Lulu, and I told him I had never been to Jimmy John’s so I didn’t know that. He said the Little John had to be a sandwich of 1 through 6 on the board, so I said a Turkey Tom. I was charged extra for cheese, but NOT given the combo meal that I asked for… just the sandwich. I just left w/o saying anything… cuz, I won’t be going back.
The guy asked me when I was paying if I was a rewards member, even though earlier I told him I had never been to Jimmy John’s before… So obviously he was barely paying attention to what I said. Must be why he didn’t do the combo that I asked for.
After all that, the sandwich was Subway quality or less so I don’t know what they are bragging about. Particularly, the bread was hard and chewy. It certainly wasn’t all that and a bag of chips (& a drink), since THAT would have made the combo meal I asked for and they ignored ?!?

We haven’t eaten at Jimmy John’s in years. I always liked it before but Saturday evening was a different story. We were traveling, tired and hungry and stopped at JJ in Washington, MO. I remembered in the past I had ordered the “turkey slim”. Didn’t see it on the menu so I asked if that was still available. The young lady mumbled something, I couldn’t understand her. My boyfriend then placed his order and she couldn’t understand him. There is something running, a/c, ventilation? Idk but between mumbles and whatever was running there was definitely a lack of communication. My boyfriend told her to make both of ours the combos to include drinks and chips. It was self serve. We didn’t know which cup to choose so we chose the smaller ones. Our sandwiches were wrapped and slid over to us. No bag, no chips, no communication, no thank you or have a nice day. We got to the car, opened our food…..mine was just turkey on bread. No condiments, no cheese, nothing but turkey. My boyfriend’s sandwich was loaded down with goodies. I scraped some of his toppings onto my sandwich. He didn’t request any toppings either but thankfully he got some. My sandwich was edible but not enjoyable at all. Either this company is miserable to work for or those people are just miserable with the exception on one employee. A young couple came in after us while we were waiting and another young lady took their order. She was engaged with her customers and I could hear her offering suggestions from where I was sitting. She might be the only employee worth keeping.

I ordered online at 12:40 pm and food arrived almost 40 minutes later (not terribly freaky fast) and the large Coke which I paid additional for with my combo was not delivered. I called the Washington, MO location and they told me they did not have enough drivers and Uber will not pick up without a food order. I would think since Uber delivered my food they would deliver my large Coke regardless if there was a paid food order. The young lady basically said I was out of luck, I pressed her and she finally said they could give me a credit on my next order but I had to call it in, I could not order online. The cost of one of their sandwiches is expensive (over priced) and I have paid that because they are supposed to be freaky fast. I asked the young lady to just credit my current order with the missing coke and she put me on hold and no one ever came back in the line. It’s the last time I order Jimmy John’s and their over priced sandwiches
